"No, I have a doctor's appointment."

Yeonji's words rang through Moonbin's ears, processing the sentence he just heard.

"Like, a visit?"

"Mm, yeah. You can say that."

"But why?"

"Because I'm supposed to. Nothing special."

"Why do you need them? Do you get sick often?"

"I'm already sick."

Moonbin stared at her.

"You're already sick?"

"Yeah. It's not severe, at least right now."

Even though Moonbin only just finished his drink, his throat felt dry. He didn't know what to do or say, either. The two stayed silent for a while, until he got an idea.

"If you can't go with me, then why don't I go with you?"

"What?"

"Yeah, isn't that a great idea?"

"Why would you want to go with me to a hospital?"

"Do I really need a reason? I'm doing it because you're my friend."

"Oh..." She whispered, before looking up at him.

"Okay then." She grinned.

"Hey." Moonbin heard a voice whisper into his ear.

"Sleepyhead, wake up." They whispered again.

"Huh?" He asked, half-asleep. He found himself in an empty classroom. Looking around, he saw Yeonji standing beside him, poking his cheek.

"Class is already over. You fell asleep again."

"Really?"

"Yeah. Come on, we still have to go to the hospital."

He remembered what Yeonji told him yesterday

'I have a doctor's appointment.'

'I'm already sick.'

'Yeah, it's not severe, at least not right now.'

He also remembered that smile she gave him. Not like he wanted to.

"Let's go then." Moonbin said, slinging his bag over his shoulder. He glanced at Yeonji, who seemed a lot more tired than usual.

"Yeonji-ah, are you okay?"

"Yeah, I'm fine. Just didn't get enough sleep." She yawned, stretching her arms. Almost immediately after, she felt something flick her forehead.

"You shouldn't do that. You're already sick and now you're sleeping late? You're in no condition at all!" He lectured.

"I'm fine." Moonbin only sighed, grabbing Yeonji's backpack.

"What are you doing?"

"I'm carrying your bag."

"I can see that. You're really gonna carry two backpacks?"

"Yeah." He said, walking away. "Let's go, then!"
