"Wow... What a story to start off with."

"You seem as shocked as Gerald!" The Count maliciously howled in laughter.

The fire crackled loudly and as the Count simmered down he asked Maurice about the riddle, "Do you have an answer yet?"

"Not yet, but I think I'm forming one."

"For your sake, you better hope so."

"Well, what's the second story?"

Count Sacrificiu turned the page to the next tale. "Pretty isn't she?" Remarked the Count as he showed Maurice the page.

"Oh yes! Very much indeed!"

"Ah yes, but looks can be deceiving!"

"Deceiving how?"

"Well for example, you came in here because you thought it looked safe. There's a warm crackling fire, a bunch of books, and a vast amount of crumbs for you to nibble on. But instead, it served as more of a trap than it did a place to rest."

Maurice was quiet...

"Regardless, I think this tale will teach you to be wise about the decisions you make. This one's called, 'The Mirror's Image...'"
