"Yes, I arrived safely here. I feel as if I'm still in our own home country. No difference, there's a traffic jam too! Oh by the way, I wasn't able to contact you last night. I was dead tired." she apologized over the phone, she was talking to her friend. "Hey, I gotta hang up now. The seminar will start in few minutes. I'll call you again later. Bye!" she then made steps to the hall.
The seminar was successfully held where different nationalities participated. Kyri went first to the comfort room before having some amble. She has two nights and a day to stay. When she's done, she passed by the little boy crying. She stooped to talk to him, "Oh cute lil boy, are you lost? What's your name? I'll help you." But the boy didn't entertain her and cried even louder. "Ow, what am I gonna do?" she panicked.
"Hey! What are you doing?" a man's voice echoed from behind. Kyri startled and rapidly twisted her head to where she heard the voice. The kid hurriedly ran to him and hugged him tightly. "Are you a member of a syndicate?" the man suspiciously asked.
"Wow!" she blurted in dismay. "Do I look like one?" she jerked out. "To tell you sir, I was just trying to help. That's it." she stood up then spoke again, "You shouldn't left your son anywhere. Look, he's so scared and you would say such thing to me?" she smirked and marched off.
The man was left speechless. "Do I? Argh!", he looked at the boy, "Hey, what did I tell you? I begged you not to go anywhere, right? Now, look what had happened. Tsk!"
"Hello Rizza! I'm already here in my hotel room, relaxing."
"Gee! You didn't have some stroll?"
"A little, just in the mall nearby... I also tried some Thai foods. I want to explore the city but I don't want to do it alone and I'll just be tiring myself for tomorrow is my flight back."
"Well yeah, you have a point."
"How's been doing there by the way?"
"Not much clients. You know it when it isn't summer. Still not busy when you go back. By the way, I was appointed today to be in the reception desk. I have to hang up now, the supervisor is coming. So see you tomorrow!" she pressed the red button and hid her phone on her pocket.
......
"Hey Kyri! Guess what?!"
"You spotted a handsome guest?"
"Oh..." her excitement died down a bit, "How did you know?"
"Everytime you are that worked up, that is what you always say." shaking her head.
"Eh? Anyway, he's hot!" she giggled madly.
"Ei, finish your lunch first."
"You're annoying, why can't you be happy for me even just for sometimes."
Kyri rolled her eyes and faked a smile. "Fine."
"You don't have a client yet you look so irritated. Are you having a red alert?"
"Look there! She's the woman we met in Bangkok!"
Andrew shifted at the direction. He frowned yet carefully observed the lady. "She has a similarity with her yeah." he agreed. "But she might just be a look-alike."
