Six years ago...

IVINE SIGH AND close her eyes before looking at the pregnancy test again.

She breathed deep and then smile before putting it on her dress' pocket. She then took her phone out and dial Brace's number.

It took five rings before he pick up on the other line. "Hey, love. Napatawag ka?"

"Hi. Busy?"

"No. Andito sa bahay. Kakagaling lang sa meeting para sa fanmeet sa 18. You? What's my beautiful girl is up to?"

Natawa siya ng magaan. "Sa dorm din, no schedule until tomorrow. You know its your day tomorrow."

"Oh man. Tumatanda na nga yata ako. I almost forgot! Gosh," anito sa boses babae.

Muli siyang natawa sa sinabi nito. "What do you want for your birthday?"

"Love, you don't have to ask me. Alam mo kung ano ang gusto ko."

Umupo siya sa kama at saka ngumiti. "Ano ba? I'm asking you 'cause I don't know."

"Do you really need to be like that?"

"Brace, I'm serious. Tell me already."

He sigh. "Y.O.U. It's you!"

Natawa na siya. "Hay naku. Okay, seryoso na. Saan tayo bukas?"

"Anywhere will do. Basta kasama kita okay na yun."

"Hay ewan! Humihirit ka na naman. I'll call you tomorrow. Magpahinga ka na."

Brace laugh lightly. "Okay. You too, I love you, love."

"I love you too. Sige na."

"Alright. Bye."

"Bye."

She smile and sigh. "I hope this will be the greatest gift for you, sweet."

Unknowingly, she touch her fifteen day old belly. "Let's surprise, Daddy tomorrow, sweetheart."

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ANAK!"

"Thank you, Ma."

"What's the agenda for today?"

"Oh, nothing special. Kakain lang kami ni Ivie later."

"You should bring her somewhere special, hijo. Yung hindi niyo pa napupuntahan," sabi naman ni Dad Bradley.

He laugh. "Kahit saan okay lang sa akin, dad. Its Ivie that matters to me."

"Oh, that's so sweet of you. But that's good anak. At least you two are going okay. Masaya na kami para sa inyo. Come and visit us if you both have time, namimiss ko na kayo."

He smile. "I will, ma. Sige na, pahinga na kayo. I miss you."

"We miss you too. Ingat lagi ha?"

"I will. Bye."

He smile when the call ended. He then laugh when he saw that he got 10 messages.
