What A Mess

Sitting in the car is honestly the most boring thing ever. I've spent, what, 25 minutes in here and I'm already falling asleep. Like dude, seriously? Moving to America from England is a big move for me. For my family. Especially from London to LA. I miss my friends, my boyfriend, my SCHOOL. And I can't believe I just said I miss school, but I do. What if I don't fit in? It could be terrible. Mum always tells me "Kellie, you always worry about everything. Live your life, you only have one as far as I'm concerned". But I just can't. I guess that's the way it's supposed to be. I worry, and she... Lives life in the fast lane.
Dad however is 100% like me. Always fretting about everything. But that isn't a bad thing. You are yourself after all. And everyone is unique, we have to accept our differences. That's what Dad says.
My little sister Imogen is nothing like me and Dad. She takes after Mum, but she's a little more rebellious. Early teens, I tell you. She thinks she's cool because she wears "Thrasher" crop tops and Doc Martens. Ugh. 12 years old she wasn't so bad, but 13... You don't wanna know.
We are moving to LA because... I don't know. Sunny weather? Maybe not. Aunt Bea who has lived in LA since Imogen was born says sometimes the weather can be as bad as it is in the UK. Yikes. So maybe not weather then. Maybe... to pursue Mum's secret dream of becoming a famous Hollywood actress? I don't think she can act. Maybe my parents just fancied a change.

They could've booked a holiday.
