"These... Black outs keep happening to me. I am with my friends, then the next thing I know, I'm at home, on the floor," Zoe cries to her therapist. she was lying on her back on the sticky leather couch.

"And how does this make you feel?" Dr. James, her therapist, asks, writing something down on her clipboard.

"Well scared. As one of the most popular girls in my school, this whole freak show that's happening to me could ruin my reputation," Zoe says. She, Zoe Parks, was one of the most liked girls in her school. She was captain of the basketball, volleyball, and track team, had A honor roll, and a 4.0 GPA. Her boyfriend, Shawn, was the hottest boy in town, starting quarter back for the varsity football team, even though he was only a sophomore, and starting catcher for the best travel baseball team in the county. Her life was perfect, but in her eyes, it was too perfect.

"I may act like a prissy little goody-two shoes, but I am not as perfect as they say," she continues, fiddling with her necklace.

"OK Zoe. I want you to look in the mirror and tell me what you see," Dr. James says, handing her a small mirror. Zoe takes it and stares at her reflection.

What she expects to see is a thin faced girl, with heart-shaped pink lips, light gray eyes, a small scar below her right eye, her arched eyebrows, and wavy blonde hair. What she didn't expect to see was a sneering face that looked to evil to be hers. The reflection had all the same features as her, but her lips were pulled back into a snarl, and a cold, hard look in her eyes.

"I see the real me," Zoe snarls. Then she blacks out.
