It was Monday. For most of the people it was the first working day of the week. But it is not for Yavanika. It's just another day for her.
She woke up Sara, bathed her, prepared breakfast for her, made her to eat that and dropped her at school. Her husband Rajith went to meet a client early in the morning. While driving she thought about Dr. Arjun's report.
"I hereby confirm that the dead woman at the apartment is not Sathya!"
"If Sathya is alive, where is she? Who took her? And why? What happened to Ravi? Is he alive?"
Yavanika asked too many questions to herself. But she doesn't know answers for any of that. She reached her office at 9.00 AM.
Roopa was there to welcome her.
"Good Morning Mam!!"
"Good Morning Roopa. Any news about Ravi?"
"Yes Mam. I received a call from control room few minutes ago. They found his car outside the city."
"Excellent. Come let's go there."
Yavanika seemed very happy. Both of them got into her car. After 30 minutes they reached the spot. It was a small village outside the city. Few people were out there whispering.
Inspector Jai was there overseeing the process.
"Hello Madam. Good Morning", Jai greeted Yavanika.
"Good Morning Jai. Tell me about this car."
"Well. We cross checked this car from the parking lot camera of Cloudica. It is Ravi's car. His wife also confirmed the license plate number."
"How long it's been here Jai?" Yavanika asked.
"People say that it's been here for a week. They were not sure about who left it here."
One week. It's been one week since Ravi's disappearance. His home is not in this route. Why does he come here? Did he come here on his own or someone else made him to come here.
"Did you show Ravi's photo around here? Anybody saw him?" Yavanika was curious.
Jai replied "I did mam. Nobody seems to know him."
Yavanika saw the car. It was a white Indica. In the rear glass something was written. She went back to read that.
"Life is not a Race to Win. It is a Journey to be enjoyed. So don't race while driving"
Forensics people were doing their job. Collecting samples and finger prints. After few minutes one forensics officer came to Yavanika.
"Mam. Can I talk to you for a second?"
"Yes sir. Did you find anything from the car? Fingerprints?"
"We found a finger print mam. But it was Ravi's finger print. And..."
"And what?"
"We found this inside the car."
That officer gave that to Yavanika
It was a small bottle. In the label it was written 'Chloroform'.
"It's chloroform. Is it possible to find who bought this?" Yavanika asked the officer
"Yes mam. That's why I gave it to you. See the bottom."
Yavanika saw the bottom and found two letters written in the label 'AM'
"What is AM?"
"It stands for Aruna Medicals Mam."
"Oh yes. I heard about them. But Chloroform should not be supplied to ordinary people. Right?"
"Yes mam. Only nurses or doctors can buy after showing proper identity. But In online any one can buy. This is definitely purchased from Aruna Medicals."
Roopa came near Yavanika.
"What is that mam?"
"We are going to Aruna Medicals right now."
They left the spot and took the highway. After 20 minutes they reached Aruna Medicals.
"Mam. We have more than 10 branches in this city. Any branch might have sold that", the sales person was so calm while saying that to Yavanika.
"I know but this is the main branch. Am I Right?"
"Yes mam."
"All medicines must leave from here. Right?"
"Yes mam" he was sweating.
"Well. Then using the batch number you can tell which branch sold this. Right?"
"Yes..Yes mam."
"Then tell it fast" Yavanika said with a smile.
It took five minutes to find out the branch. Yavanika got the address. Another 15 minutes travel. The breeze was too fast outside. They managed to reach safely.
"Yes mam. It was sold here last week."
"You mean last Monday?
"Yes mam. This was the last bottle we had. After selling this I remember ordering a new set which I got today only."
"Who bought that?"
"Wait Mam. I'll check the bill book."
Both of them were curious to know the name. He searched the bill book and found the name.
"Mam. It says Dr. Ravi."
