CHAPTER 2 THE LAKE. Tyler swam to shore laid on his back closes eyes and try to remember what had just happened he said they're wet cold but the sun was frying his skin Tyler crawl to a tree and sat with his back against the trunk he had sunburns all over and his head was pounding with pain as Tyler was sitting in the shadow he was thinking of what he could do next he didn't know where he was but knew he came down waterfall there was a river at the other end of the Lake Tyler had no clue where it led to couldn't go back up the waterfall the cliff was too steep to climb back up you have to survive a few days and go down the river as Tyler thought of this he saw small abandoned cave engraved in the Mountainside Tyler went into the cave he saw a gray and black stone on the walls of the cave read books on the Greystone was a type of cobblestone but he didn't know if the Blackstone was cold or Flint the problem with cool is if he made a fire in the shelter the whole shelter would catch fire Tyler check the Rock by using the blunt side of his knife but there was a problem his book bag was still in the shallow part of the lake he had only been 10 minutes but that was a little too long for some of the index CARDS CHAPTER 3 THE FIRST FLAMES. Came back with his book bag and took everything out of it and let them dry he took the knife and got some small pieces of the Blackstone put a piece on the ground and a piece in his hand one in his hand gently and nothing happened he struck it again this time a little harder still nothing this time Tyler Struck it even harder and there right in front of his eyes he saw what he was looking for a shower of red-hot Sparks he knew it was Flint so he went in the shelter took some rocks and made a circle Tyler place and dry index cards and some small Twigs he got from the tree few feet away took the knife with the blunt side raised it up and struck the wall a shower spurts no fire so it struck the wall again but this time he blew gently and Sparks when they hit the paper this time fire. CHAPTER 4 THE WATER PROBLEM. Now Tyler has a fire a small one but a fire now what he needed water he took a soup can and ran down to the lake he filled the can up with water he came back to the shelter grab some more soup cans and set up a stand for cans in a diamond pattern and the one was water in it on top so Tyler did that Tyler let it sit for good hour while he went to gather wood Tyler came back and check the water it wasn't boiling the water cold the fire wasn't enough but he knew he had a knife and Ken's and stones he could make what he was looking for a jet stove. CHAPTER 5 THE JET STOVE. He went to get one of the coffee cans then he remembered that he had a fruit punch as he was getting supplies for the jet stove his bike fell from the waterfall he dropped everything swimming to the lake and got the bike got up on shore set it aside to let it dry he got the supplies together again and started making the jet stove he cut a hole in one of the Soup cans at the bottom side then he cut the bottom out of the Chute can that he didn't cut a circle in the side he then took the coffee can and put a hole in the size of a soup can he took the soup can that he had cut the bottom out of and placed it in the hole in the coffee King about 1/8 of an inch Tyler then took the other shoot can and put it in the middle of the coffee can at the top he align the hole in the Soup cans and put them together at last he put small stones between the Soup cans and the coffee can Tyler took his knife and made a little slivers of wood from his woodpile he put some in the jet stove took an index card when she was small fire and let the paper on fire he put it in the it caught fire there was a small wind from the East that was sticking out from the side so the open and was having wind-blown in it he put his hand about 3 feet above the top of the can and the heat was on believable for how far his hand was away from the top he had to move his hand away from how hot it was he then took a soup can and cut the bottom out he cut it down the side and friend it he put some big holes all around it set the homemade grill over on the jet stove and then the water can five minutes later it was boiling he took it off then let it cool and he drank it it was the purest water I have ever had Tyler said who looked up right in front of him he saw a giant light brown creature was whitetail deer and Tyler took his knife take it to a stick opened it first he stepped closer and through the spear at it... CHAPTER 6 HUNT OR BE HUNTED. It hit the deer right in the shoulder the deer dropped dead Tyler ran over to the kill took the knife off the stick and started gutting it he took the meat back to the shelter and covered it with stones took a soup can and put a piece of deer shoulder in it he took the water he boiled and put a little bit of it with me 20 minutes later the meat was done he ate it it was the best tasting me he had ever had his small fire went out so we took a piece of charcoal and wrote a checklist food check shelter check weapon check water check fire check bed no check. CHAPTER 7 THE BED. As Tyler was thinking of what to make his bed out of he turned and he remembered the deer hide it was 6 feet long and 4 feet wide he went to the Hyde took it and cut its leg hide off it was starting to get dark so Tyler made the fire in the shelter again but this time bigger he folded the hide so the fur was in the inside he duct-taped this shut climbed in and fell asleep. CHAPTER 8 THE FIRST NIGHT. As he slept he started hearing things you never heard before hear the rustling Sound Outside he ignored it when he woke up everything was wet the wrestling was rain it had scrawled all night the cans had caught some rain and he measured 3 inches of rain he knew that he could use that water without boiling it he was a little bit thirsty so he took a sip of the water had a little rust in it but it was alright he enjoyed what he had now he is thinking of how to build a raft. CHAPTER 9 THE RAFT. Tyler is looking around to see what he has there is a tree or two that had fallen he turned his head the other way he saw the deer skin turn his head to face in front of him his bike he had an idea of what he was going to do with it if I take the wheel of the front and the rubber off the back tire I can make studs out of wood and duct tape them to the back rim Tyler said in a whisper so he went to work he did everything he said he was going to but he ran into a problem the bike didn't float he needed a platform he cut some logs and made a small platform and let the hole in it for the motor or bike this took about 3 days it had gotten cold not by much but colder so he made a jacket from the deerskin he packed up all he could the supplies he had he made a stand for the bike he made a paddle to steer he put the raft in the water and took it on a test run you got back to his camp and put everything on the raft and took off to head down the river. CHAPTER 10 THE RIVER. Reach the beginning of the river and stopped pedal the current took him down the river very slowly it was smooth sailing about 30 minutes after he started sailing he hit the first set of Rapids awesome side to side after that he was sailing smoothly again he finally reached a big lake or Reservoir. CHAPTER 11 SALVATION. As Tyler went into the reservoir he saw a man fishing the man was on the other side of the reservoir so Tyler started pedaling towards the man when Tyler got to the man Tyler introduced himself to the man the man helped Tyler pull his raft ashore I'm sure and into the back of the man's truck and the man took Tyler back to his house.
