I have so much respect for people who make art. When people draw or paint, they let you see a very raw bit of their soul, a bit that only a few people get to see. It's a beautiful medium of expression, and it's a medium that leaves the viewer to interpret it differently. With music, as much as I love it, there are only a certain amount of times that you can read over and analyse the lyrics, the melodies, the riffs, but with art - there are endless possibilities to what you can think of a piece. Also you can memorize the different components to a song, and once you've heard it enough times, you expect what's coming to you, and it isn't as new as when you come back to a piece of art and find a whole new level of meaning to it - or you find another little detail, you know?
