It is amazing how the sweet smiling faces
Remove their mask and show the evil smirk.
It is amazing how people stand with you in your good
But desert you in your bad.
It is amazing how people say we are there for you
But leave you alone to fight the worst.
It is amazing how people judge you
Not caring for the cause of the action.
It is amazing how people laugh at your futile attempts
When you are going through an inner war.
It is amazing how people turn a blind eye
Even when they see your bruise.
It is amazing how people long ago did not let you stumble
But later let you fall in the darkest pit.
It is amazing how people remove
One mask after another.
A/N : I just got a random thought of how people change with time and this poem is the result of that thought..
