Lol I'm rewriting everything, chapter two and up are in the process of being edited
[Y/N] woke up, gasping for air. 'Another nightmare,' the servant thought as they ran a hand through their [H/C] locks, tugging at them a bit out of frustration. They didn't understand why they got the dreams of being locked in a cage, being forced to do things that they didn't want to. It was cruel and they had a strange feeling that it very much involves them. Sighing, they shook their head, erasing whatever remained in their mind of the dream. The servant got ready and prepared themselves for another day at the Phantomhive Manor, bracing for the worst to come.
Of course, they already knew their schedule. It was always the same. First they would help Baldroy with preparing the meal, only for breakfast, then they would set off to clean and dust the library. Afterwards, if there was still time, they would go out to the garden to help Finnian with the garden. Even with such a small agenda, though, they seemed to always be tired at the ends day. That is because Baldroy tends to use variations of explosives, for whatever reason they did not know, the library is far too grand and enormous for just one person, and Finnian tended to... Break a lot of things. Despite all that, additionally with the nightmares, [Y/N] seemed to keep their cheery, happy state all day. It seemed as if nothing could deteriorate their good mood. Smiling, they started for the kitchen, going out of their room and towards the beginning of the day.

Sighing, you deflated against the bookcase of the library. You had just finished cleaning the entire library and was so tired, you didn't think an intimidating opposition could get you from moving from that spot. Of course, knowing your place in life, you couldn't afford to stay put at this one spot. Perking up, you remembered the gift you wanted to present to Finnian. A week prior to the day, Finnian had given you a single white rose as a gratitude to your helping out with the gardening, cleaning up the things he broke, and extra. He insisted that you didn't need to do anything to thank him, but you did something anyways. You rushed out of the (downwards) library and up the stairs. Once reaching the top, you crashed into someone. As a result, the two of you fell down, with you on top.
"What the- Get off!" the unknown male commanded. You silently cursed at yourself for you luck as it registers in your mind that the 'stranger' was in fact Ciel Phantomhive, manager of everything, but most importantly he was your master. You quickly got off and helped him up, dusting yourself off afterwards.
"S-so sorry, sir! It won't happen again," you promised, embarrassed. You continued on your way after giving him a bow, fully aware that his gaze was locked onto you the entire time. Of course, somehow, the two of you bumped shoulders as you walked. You didn't know if that was intentional or not, but once in your room again, you allowed yourself to break the outer character you've built up to completely freak out.
'I fell onto the master'
'We bumped shoulders'
'I left without him dismissing me'You fell onto your bed face on. You stayed like that for a full minute until you rolled off and got what you originally wanted to get: the gift. It wasn't really special or anything. Somehow, you had convinced Baldroy to let you bake something in the kitchen while the actual meal was getting ready. The baking was fun, especially since they came out right. Right now, they were just in a box, but you wanted it to be special for the gardener. It was a thanks for his hard work and the rose. You just hoped he likes them.

Dinner was extremely awkward for you. You were just standing there, near the table and yet not close enough at the table. All you did was stare straight ahead, still as a statue. You didn't understand the reason for why you had to be there at all. You didn't attend for breakfast and lunch, but for some reason Sebastian insists on you staying for the entire dinner, just standing there. You don't disagree, though. How could you? Sebastian is the best servant there is in the business, at least that's what you like to think. Although just standing, you could feel Ciel taking glances at you throughout the dinner. You make eye contact with Sebastian once, and he just slightly smirks at you with a knowing gaze. The master decided to retire in early. Once he left your line of sight, you left out a breath you didn't know you were holding.
"You can go ahead to the master, I'll clean up here," you offer, smiling slightly towards the butler. He smiles in return, replying,
"Thank you, [Y/N]. That would be very helpful. By the way, the lady will be staying here for a few days. Please set a room beside the young master's for her. I understand that she is bringing a friend with her for the stay, so please arrange a room for them as well." You nod, agreeing to the terms. He then walks away, leaving you to clean up the dining hall. Oh what an eventful day it has been.

'[Y/N],' a voice chilled at the back of his head. It sent a shiver in his spine, making him look around frantically for the source. The servant has been in his mind since their encounter.
'How dare that low life servant knock me over, and then proceeding to fall on me. I'm a busy man, I have things to do, I can't deal with a person like that, and yet they won't leave my mind,' he thought angrily, starting to pace around his room, waiting on his butler. 'If they had just bumped into me then I would be fine, but they had the audacity to full on fall, thus causing them to occupy my mind the entire rest of the day!' He paused his footwork. 'Why did I hire her? She's nothing special, at least compared to the other three. I mean, really, Baldroy is an American Veteran, Mei Rin is a top notch sniper, Finnian is really strong, but what can [Y/N] even do? Well, they are quite efficient for a human.' Mid thought, Sebastian had finally arrived and then helped Ciel get dressed for the night.
"Young Master, I can't help but to notice you've gained an interest in [Y/N], haven't you."
"It's nothing, Sebastian. Leave."
"Is it due to the fact that they might have... I don't know, perhaps they ran into you, knocking both of you down?" He asked with a slight smirk, already knowing what had happened between the two.
"OUT." The younger exclaimed, feeling a light blush creep onto his features. Once out, the boy breathed out in agitation. Laying down, he let his mind wander around out of order, most of the thoughts leading to [Y/N]. He draped his arm over his eyes, groaning a bit.
"What have you done to me, [Y/N]," he spoke into the darkness, allowing the day's fatigue consume him.
