We have to do a speech for English class (at leAst 2 min) and I AM NOT READY IN THE LEAST.

There's a great chance I'm going TOMORROW.
I WAS TRYING TO WORK ON IT FOR AN HOUR BUT ENDED UP IN A LONG ANXIETY ATTACK AND HARDLY GOT A N Y T H I N G DONE
IM GOING TO:
A: Pass out in front of my entire class.
B: Freeze up in front of said class and embarrass myself even more.
C: Have clearly been crying before speech and have shaky voice
D: Pass for the day and just loose half a letter grade

Honestly I'd rather write three more essays than do this.

I would gratefully do that as long as I didn't have to deliver a freaking speech.
I had a huge anxiety attack just attempting to prepare.
How am I going to do this
I brought it up to my teacher who said to talk to her if you don't know what to do and she tried to convince me it would be easy.
She was super nice about it but--

She tried to compare it to a speech I did last year (even tho she wasn't there) and that I got it done despite being terrified.
