*Annies pov*
"Omg Kate there he is!" I say practically drooling. "MMM, Michael Hood and James Archer." Kate said looking them up and down as she seductively bit her finger. Michael and James continued to walk to the hallway to thier next class seemingly oblivious to our flirtatious remarks. "Oh speaking of Michael I heard he was going down to Louisiana along with James for spring break," Kate says getting giddy with excitement " So yesterday I called my Aunt Joann and asked her if we could stay there for spring break and she said yes." practically screaming like a fan girl. I guess she must've saw the look on my face I mean great for her, but I'm here stuck at home watching science videos on youtube and History2 because I have no social life. "Oh yea I almost forgot I asked her if I could bring a friend along with me you know for some else to hang out with and she said sure, so yeah you can come as long as your mom says its cool." Katie says slinging her arm around my shoulder and walking down the hall way. I can't believe that I'm gonna get the chance to spend all of break with Michael even though we couldn't actually do anything I mean I have a boyfriend after all so most of the time I'm going to just be Kate's wing woman, but still Im excited.
When I got home I threw my bag on the ground and charged upstairs, I started going through my entire closet looking for the cutest clothes I have. I was knee deep in shoes when buzzed signaling a text from Kate.
Kate: Hey tomorrow do u wanna go shopping for spring break
Annie: Um yesssss, ugh I'm so excited!!!!!!
Kate: OK see you tomorrow we could go over my house for a sleep over after maybe?
Annie: Yeah my mom shouldn't have a problem with it.
I looked up from my phone when my mom knocked on the door. "You planning on running away?" my mom asked jokingly . "Yeah ma, but no really Kate asked her aunt if she could bring a friend along with her and she said yea as long as it's cool with you." "Well you already started packing so sure why not i don't think your father made any plans for his week anyway." my mom replied but i honestly stopped listening when she said sure why not. "Thank you, thank you, thank you," I practically shouted "oh and um tomorrow me and Kate are going shopping so I was wondering if i cold have some money?" I asked raising my eyebrow slightly. "Sure Hun but don't tell your dad he's still mad at me for the last shopping trip." my mom says handing me a couple of 50s. "Alright by Annie i'll leave you to your packing then." she says getting off the bed and pecking me gently on the fore head. "Bye mom." I say waving to her as I shut the door to my room. Leaving me alone in my room again.
