Chapter 12: Personal Guide

"W-what are you saying? Us live in the castle?"

"B-but how were you even allowed to ask that?"

"I can't explain but it's the only way all of you can stay together. They will provide you food, water, and a place to live in."

"Why can't we just stay here in Sunny Manor?"

Usagi shyly asked.

"Because I sold it."

Everyone in the room was again shocked.

"Why would you sell Sunny Manor?!"

Fuuto asked shocked as the rest of them were that their home was being sold away.

"A long time ago I made a deal with a man that when I die I will give him the land of Sunny Manor."

"But this place is our home we can't just leave."

"I know Akira but you'll get a brand new home at the castle. If you live in the palace Hanako can be near her work, Akira, Usagi and Fuuto can see the capital city and the children can get to see the palace without taking much trouble as walking."

"But all we wish for is for you to stay with us. You're more important than some castle."

Hanako felt that her pulse was getting weaker and her time was almost coming.

"My children if you all really love me than you must follow my last request or I might just regret it in the after life. Live the life I couldn't give you and I'll always be watching ok?"

Everyone weakly nod their heads when the younger kids jumped and hugged her. Then the others followed after and Ms. Rin chuckles as she felt like a ball of warmth. While everyone was hugging her Hanako held on to her hand when  she felt there was no pulse in her mother's wrist.

Hanako checked again and again but her body was cold and lifeless. The girl stops crying for a moment to bring the bed sheet covers over Ms. Rin's entire body.

"Goodbye Ms. Rin."

When the funeral procession ended the kids headed back to the Manor to see man were already moving out the furniture.

"Our home. It's going away."

"It's not our home any more. We have a new one."

Akira said sadly to one of the younger kids.

"Even though I dreamed of living in the castle the Manor is my home."

Usagi admitted surprisingly as she was still drying the tears in her eyes.

"Ms. Rin wanted us to live together and well endowed so we have to follow her request."

"I wonder who Ms. Rin was so close to in the palace that we were allowed to work there?"

Fuuto wondered out loud while Hanako wondered too.

"Yeah I wonder."

"I'm bored!!"

"Why don't you go bother someone else Chen?"

Kyungsoo said as he was trying to read his book ignoring the constant whining from Chen.

"Everyone else has something fun to do but me and I'm the king of fun."
