Kaira- We are one forever!!!

Arrival of the princess and Kaira again!!!!

The month rolled by quickly. Naira was pampered by her maternal home dearly and very soon it was time for her to be admitted in the hospital for her delivery. One fine morning, she was rushed to the labor room with Karthik by her side extremely scared to see her screaming in pain.

What is happening? Why is she shouting so much? Why are the doctors not controlling her pain? Karthik screamed at all his relatives in the hospital.growing frantic by every second.

Manish knew that he should control his son. He pushed Karthik to the corner.." Karthik, Karthik listen to me" he told holding his sons face

"What is going to happen now is probably the most amazing gift of your life. Nothing shall happen to Naira or your kid. It shall be the proudest moment of your life now when you hold your kid in your hands. The happiest day of my life till now was the day you and Keerthi were born and now it shall be the day my grandchild is born" Manish told and hugged Karthik.

Naira let out few more heart wrenching screams and then there was the sweetest sound that anyone could hear. The doctor came out smiling and said " Congratulations, Mr. Karthik, you have had a daughter. Your wife is perfectly fine. You can see both of them in sometime"

Karthik was too stunned to react anything and stood rooted to the spot.

"Akshara, our princess has had a princess" Naitik cried jumping in joy

Soon, the baby and Naira were wheeled into the individual room. Karthik took his daughter in his hand, wept with joy while Naira looked at him emotionally. He gave the baby to Akshara and hugged Naira and kissed her on the head

"Naira and I have talked about naming her Sakshi, after Sandhya Ma and Akshara Ma."He told while the others nodded in agreement

Naksh and Keerthi were waiting outside. A lot of unspoken things passed between them as they met Karthik, Naira and the kid.

It was planned that everyone would stay back at Singhania house for few more months until Naira recovered and also learnt to handle the baby independently

Naira was soon discharged and Karthik was always pampering the baby. He was late from office one night. Naira was in their room, waiting for him to come back. Karthik came and immediately sat near his daughter who was smiling at him. Karthik took his daughter in his arms and cajoled her lovingly. 

A naughty smile slowly crept on his face as he realised that Naira was sulking for not getting his attention.

"Ahem Ahem, I smell something burning Sakshi, Can you? " He asked cutely.

Naira got up and cupped Karthik's face " You better talk to me Mr. Goenka. Do you know how many days it has been since you told I love you to me? She turned away from him.

Karthik slowly turned her towards him ans hugged her tight. They both closed their eyes relishing the hug as Karthik told " Pagal Ladki, I could not hug you like this all these months because of our baby in your tummy. Don't you know I love you? I just love you so much sherni"

 He said an Naira reciprocated his love with a kiss on his forehead

"I love you too Mendak Karthik. I am really excited for this new journey we are going to embark on with our daughter, But one thing is sure. I shall always love you forever. Just be with me always" She told as Sakshi stirred and started crying.

"Oops, No more romance. Sakshi needs me now" Naira said. Now it was Karthik's turn to sulk."Look who is ditching me now" He complained as Naira tried to pacify her sleeping daughter._______________________________________________________________________________

Naksh had just finished catching up n pending work in the living room. Calling it a day he shut down his laptop, let out a huge yawn and was walking to his room when he heard soft sobs from the room across the hall. He knew whose sobs it were and he could not bear to hear it. He walked upto her room and knocked on the door which was half closed. When she did not reply, he knew that he had to go inside the room to stop her crying.

She was sitting on the ground with her hand buried in her heads. He sat beside her and called out softly " Keerthi? What happened?"

She looked up at him slowly and said " I feel so lonely" Naksh felt something snap inside of him. He was aware of his feelings for her but could not muster up courage to tell her as he knew that he could not survive another heart break.

Keerthi knew that she could not live without him, but having come out of an abusive relationship earlier, she was terrified of committing herself into another one. But now she knew she had to do this.

"Naksh, How long should I wait. Do you feel the same thing that I feel for you? We have become incredibly close over the past few months and we are already related. Do you even feel something at all for me? I have waited enough.Please tell me now so that I can cope up with whatever decision you want to make. I love you Naksh. I love you for the person you are more than anything else."

Naksh looked stunned as he took her hand " Wow, so my love story has the girl proposing. I was waiting for the right time and was scared that you would not feel the same for me. I love you Keerthi. I love you for the courageous woman you have been, the way you stood up for yourself against that abusive man, the way you came out of that turmoil as a more confident person, the way you take care if your brother and my sister like a baby, everything about you. I don't care about your past. All that I know is that I want to build a future with you and I shall give you all happiness that you deserve.

Naksh and Keerthi shared an eye lock which they knew will continue for a lifetime.

" So we shall tell the elders soon. Before that I think Naira and Karthik should know first" Keerthi told Naksh.

"Karthik will agree right? I hope he will not have an issue" Naksh told turning serious

" My little brother cares for my happiness. He will certainly be happy with this" Keerthi told resting her head on his chest.

Naksh returned to his room with a smile on his face. He knew that he was going to have sweet dreams that night.
