To be honest there aren't real big rules, but i saw the other people did it this way, and if you have question, i would like to think that i have answered them here.
I will write a story idea or something, and if it inspire you to make a story out of that, leave a comment, so other people can read what you created and so i can check it out my self, otherwise tag me
1. There can be more than one person to write about my story ideas, because you may go completely different way and i think thats the fun part.
