Typical .
Prologue .
High school is a challenge. Well it is for some people. The difficulty of high school depends on the social status of the person. The higher you are in the hierarchy then the better experience you will have. If you belong to the Third Estate then yes, you are basically socially fucked, and will be casted into the darkest corners of high school. Sasha likes to believe that she belongs to the Bourgeoisie which is waaaaay better then belonging in the peasantry class. But if you were to ask her social pariah of a brother, then it would be an entire different story. He would amount to her not even making it into the Third Estate but the fourth. Which doesnt make sense and Sasha reminds her brother that a Fourth Estate doesnt even exist.
Being apart of the lowest ranking class isn' that bad, because she's not at the total bottom where people give her weird looks and make rude slurs. Instead she suffers the constant questions of "whats your name again?" and bares the invisibility card.
Although, Sasha still has her two promising best friends who are forever at her side and suffer the same consequences. But in all honesty, Sasha doesn't mind being invisible. She was never one to want to be in the spot light and always shied away from any great amounts of attention. Allina, her one best friend is a little different. She carries her personality with confidence and outlines her energy with remarkably well done makeup. She loves the attention and does anything to capture a ray of notice. Sasha has always wondered why Alina was stuck in the small group when she could be flourishing at the top with the beautiful people.
Then Sasha has Avery, her incredibly brilliant side-kick. Avery is of Asian heritage and is incredibly intelligent. Sasha wonders why Avery is friends with her, her grades reach a maximum of averagr.
Of course her brother gathered the good genes, and his sociable personality makes an awkward situation imposisible when your with him. He is an incredibly successful captain of the football team. Brad does have it all and it tends to leave a jealous after taste in Sashas mouth especially when her parents just adore Brad. Sasha sometimes has to rationalize this because honestly, who wouldn't idolize Brad?
Now Brad is beautiful person, so its simple math that his best friend would be even more attractive. Which he is. Incredibly attractive. Hotter then the sun. Model attractive. A rival against the top 50 sexiest men alive. His name is Liam Payne, co-captain of the football team, president of the student government, and an honor roll student.
For sometime, Sasha and Liam were once friends, best friends actually before puberty hit Liam and he became a sex god. Which is why Sasha knows that Liam, at heart, is a massive geek and over all just hates disappointing people. Or well he was like that, who knows what Liam has become.
It sucks knowing that Liam ditched Sasha for a brighter life with the elite, but Sasha understands, he wasnt meant to be friend with her in the end.. Still doesnt mean that Sasha doesnt admire or hold the teeniest, tiniest, can't even see it with the human naked eye, crush .
Which double sucks when Brad decides to invite Liam over to their house. Because then Sasha has to lock herself up into her room and avoid total social embarrassment, she feels like shes on parole.
Anyways, this is Sashas typical routine of life. Remain invisible and eat all of the Lucky Charms and try to muffle her laugh when Brad blames her dad for eating all of the good cereal. This is the norm, and its a comfort for Sasha that is until Liam begins to give Sasha some attention and her entire pallete starts to change color.
