Was it wrong of me to kiss Betty when I knew I was gay and I was in love with my best friend? Probably. Was it wrong for me to start dating her? Yeah. I just needed to try and get rid of those feelings. Archie is straight and he'll never think of me in that way. Sighing I put my head down at the table at pops. Archie asked to meet me here. Probably something about his Troy Bolton like problem.
"Hey." I jumped startled at the sudden voice. Archie stood in front of the table with his hands in his jeans pockets and looking like a puppy that just got kicked.
"Hey. What's up?" I asked and he sat down.
"I have a problem." Yep I was right. " I think I like someone but they're already in a relationship." Of course he liked someone. Probably Veronica. She didn't have a boyfriend though? Maybe he's talking about Betty.
"Well who's the lucky girl." I asked clearing my throat.
"That's uh that's the thing Juggy." He put his head down and whispered something that I couldn't hear.

"I like a boy." He whispered shouted to me. Well shit that was not expected. "Juggy? Please don't say nothing. Say something." Archie pleaded and my heart broke for my best friend.
"Liking guys isn't gonna change anything Arch. Well let me rephrase my earlier question." I have a half smile. "Who's the lucky boy?"
"You." Everything slowed down around us. I couldn't breathe. This has all I've ever wanted. So why can't I say anything? "I knew this was a bad idea." Archie mumbled before getting up and walking out. Finally snapping out of whatever trance I was in I got up and ran out the door after Archie. He was speed walking away with his head down.
"Archie wait." I yelled. He stopped but didn't turn to look at me. "Archie, hey Arch look at me." He turned around and his eyes were filled with tears with a few streaks from ones that had fallen. "Archie you caught me off guard I'm sorry."
"It's alright Jug. I shouldn't of said anything. It was just bothering me. I've been in love with you for so long and I just couldn't keep it in anymore." He sniffed. I grabbed his hand and pulled his body towards me until we had no space between us.
"I love you too." I said before I grabbed his face gently and pressed my lips to his.
So yeah it was wrong I was kissing my best friend while I was dating Betty. It was probably also very wrong that I didn't feel any guilt at all. I had who I wanted in my arms and well I was content. Finally.
