SLAUGHTER

AHH! The clock struck twelve, the red sharp bloody knife was hidden, the apartment was swiped clean, no evidence was left behind he made sure of it. Emily Richardson stale body was tied up to the ceiling with multiple stab wounds, there was no way she could of survived. It could have been weeks until she was found, the victim was 19 years old, she was finishing college, she lived in New York; her parents lived in queens, but she had no contact.

1 day later:

HELP! The victim roommate sobbed, when she saw the decayed body, she immediately called for help. Twenty minutes later the NYPD arrived they questioned the unstable roommate, she stated was away for the weekend in the Hampton's to visit her parents her; alibi checked out. CSU had finished swiping the room, no evidence was found. There was no sign of a struggle or a break in, her purse, money, jewellery was all still in place this lead to one conclusion and one conclusion only she new her killer. The detectives took statements of Neighbours, they did not hear anything but one witness had seen a man fleeing the crime scene the night of the murder; he went with the sketch artist.

Meanwhile Detective Thomas Raglan when through the security footage of the outside premises of Emily's apartment there was no unusual behaviour inside or outside the apartment. No-one had gone inside the elevator during the time of murder which means he may have used the stairs that unfortunately had no cameras. Detective Alexis Cross had come back with the sketch that the eye witness had memorized coincidently Cynthia (the roommate) had recognised the face in the sketch; it was Emily's ex boyfriend Josh, who had done time for assault and robbery.

As the detectives went to hunt down Josh, detective Raglan went see the medical examiner Lucy, she had intriguing news.The victim had bruises on her legs and broken ribs. She has six stab wounds in the in the chest and one in back, and on the arm there is carving most probably from our killer Lucy stated. She was murdered around 12:00pm, whoever killed her he knew what he was doing.
