Ten year olds Alisa and Alice were identical twins. They looked exactly the same. The only difference between them was the position of their moles. Alisa’s mole was in the lower part of her right eye while Alice’ mole was under her left eye.

After their two-year stay in the orphanage, they were finally adopted but by different parents. A prominent family, the Parkers, took Alice while a penniless one, the Bardens, picked Alisa. They were happy, but only for a short time.

One day, Alice was found crying in the midst of a forest. She had no companion, but two dolls in her arms. The family’s car was found outside the forest and her parents were gone.

“Where are your parents?” The police officer asked.

“Mom and dad said that we will go for a walk, but they left me here.” Alice answered while still crying.

The police decided to bring her back to the orphanage.

The news made Alisa terribly worried.

“Mom, dad, can I stay in the orphanage for a couple of days? I just want to make sure that Alice will be fine.” Alisa pleaded with her new parents and they agreed.
