Brotherly Love

INTRODUCTION

I just came from school so exhausted after hanging out with my boyfriend Aiden and friends. Aiden has been my boyfriend for about two and a half months now. He was one out of three best friends once. We grew really close and started developing feelings for each other so we both let them stray. We decided that since neither of us were dating we could be together so here we are. 

I just entered my house when I heard voices from the kitchen so I went inside. There was a guy sitting in front of my dad around the kitchen island. I stepped in and said "Hi" to both of them before walking over to my dad while the guy was staring at me and smiling. I just realized that he looked a lot like my dad. "This must be Jake", I thought. He looked tall even though he was sitting and his hair is black and curly like mine which I assumed he got from dad 'cause I did. He looks like he exercises....like once a week or so. 

My dad brought me out of my thoughts by saying, " Simone this is Jake your umm brother". "Nice to meet you Simone", he said while holding out his hand for me to shake, "Nice to meet you too Jake", I said taking his hand while smiling politely....the smile suddenly unremovable from my face as I saw a tiny dimple on his left cheek.

"I think you guys will get along well", my dad said smiling with tears in his eyes, "I think we will", Jake said smiling widely making me blush. Dad's phone went off breaking the silence,"Umm guys I know it's not the right time but I have a meeting", he said obviously irritated. " Right now??", Jake asked,"Yeah...I'm sorry I mean you guys obviously like each other already I think you can handle yourselves for a couple hours", his eyes pleading for us to say we'll be alright. "It's okay", I answered his prayers. "Thank you sweetheart you're a lifesaver","I am aren't I?", I said jokingly while he was hugging me. But I mean it's true.

"Okay so kids food is all over the kitchen help yourselves...watch a movie or whatever and be safe", he said while leaving through the front door. Jake and I looked at each other and started laughing like crazy" Awww I love him", he said still laughing with tears in his eyes from laughing so much. It's nice to know he likes my dad....I mean our dad. After we traveled from Mad Town to reality he asked, " Soooo what you wanna do now?"," Well you can watch a movie until I come back". "Where are you going??", "To take a shower". "Okay", he said smirking, "Um....yeah", I said before running up the stairs to shower using my strawberry products.... favorite fruit THANK YOU, THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

When I was finished putting on something to sleep in I ran downstairs to see him watching my favorite movie, Thor. I sat next to him stealing his popcorn which he probably didn't notice because he was so caught up in  the movie and didn't budge. After the movie ended he asked me a lot about myself, my dad, my school, my friends etcetera etcetera. I also asked him a lot of questions and we were getting along pretty well. We watched another movie and I fell asleep....yeah you got that right......on Jake's shoulder.

SORRY FOR UPDATING SO LATE I PROBABLY WOULDN'T HAVE IF SOMEONE HADN'T ASKED ME TO. I THOUGHT U GUYS HATED IT CAUSE I CURRENTLY HAVE NO COMMENTS BUT I DO HAVE A FEW LIKES AND I THANK U FOR THAT. THIS IS MY FIRST BOOK....EVER WRITTEN ON WATTPAD. I'LL TRY TO UPDATE MORE.
