Reilly heard a knock at her door as an owl swooped in through the open window. She screeched and fell back in her chair as the owl landed on her. She pushed it off and cried out as the owl stuffed a letter in her mouth and started to fly away. Reilly grabbed the owl by its wing, pulling it down onto the stove, which was turned on at the moment. She laughed maniacally as the owl, which was actually an animagus, transformed into Patrick Stump. Patrick screamed in pain as Reilly killed him and ate him for dinner. Her mother was a vampire and her father was a human, so this was her usual breakfast/dinner. She opened the letter, her finger getting a paper cut under her nail. She felt her face pale as she accepted she would bleed to death. It quickly finished bleeding and she sighed in relief and read the letter, not believing what she was reading. Her eyes scanned the paper, yelping in happiness at how her favorite quiditch team had won the world cup. She read the next letter and groaned as she realized it was her Hogwarts acceptance letter. She wrote down what she needed and burned the paper, laughing at how she imagined it burning. If trees and paper could scream, as she imagined, the windows would shatter. She finished and stood up, yawning and grabbing her mothers car keys, walking to the car and getting in. She stared up the car and drove to Diagon Alley. She went into it and stole what she needed. She bought a broom and an owl and a cat, getting ready to fly to school.
