Alicia sat in the corner of her full room, surrounded in her overwhelming sorrows.
Her thoughts were running wild and she couldn't handle it.

Alicia had her slender body curled up into a ball, her arms encircled around her waist tightly.

Small tears of sliver water made trails, (Like a snail would when sliding along the ground in wet weather,) down her well built cheekbones.

In her eyes she was a broken down piece of shit that no one would ever have enough time for.

The only person who would ever pay her attention, was the one who would also cause her intense pain.

Others thought of her as brave and strong hearted, that she has an important part to play in this world, that she was wanted and loved, and that people found her personality truly amazing.

But in Alicia's eyes she was none of those things, in her eyes she was weak and she thought that her existence was only a bubble of air, with no meaning.

Alicia's sister Ria knew what was going on in her elder sisters complicated life, but she didn't have the confidence to stand up for Alicia and interfere with the unimaginable things that were happening.

Alicia's life was not easy, in so many ways it was far from it. So many sleepless nights Alicia had hoped that her father would see reason, and stop his actions towards her.

She strongly hoped that her father would realise that it was in fact not her fault.

Her mother's car accident was simply caused by a driver who was highly under the influence of alcohol.

But deep down in the depths of Alicia's heart she knew that it was her fault. She felt guilty.

If it wasn't for her wanting to go to the park, her mother wouldn't have been in the car, she wouldn't have been in the position to be hit.
It was all her fault.

Ria stood outside her sister's bedroom door, she could hear mumbling coming from inside.
She called out to her sister, but there was no reply, there was nothing at all. Only deadening silence.

Ria pushed her body against the door forcefully, earning a grunt from her mouth. The door flew open, hitting the wall. A sudden coldness jarred against her body, knocking the breath out of her.

Ria gained back her breath and made her way through her sister's room, the bed was messy and glass from the rear mirror lay scattered across the Woolley carpet.

Ria's breathing quickened, without even thinking she rushed to the bathroom, she swung back the door and heaved out a breath as there was no sign of blood, but there was also no sign of Alicia.
