Alex's Point of View

I woke up to my phone ringing. I wondered why was it on being that I turned it off to have a nice night with my baby. I opened my eyes and seen Ashley at the edge of the bed with my phone in her hand.

"Why you have my phone in your hand?" I questioned her.
"The real question is why is that bitch still calling you." She said tossing my phone at me.
I still didn't understand why my phone was on. "Why'd you turn on my phone tho?"
"Emily called me saying that the bitch came by my house looking for you so I turned your phone on and you had 5 voicemails from her asking where you was at."
"Idk why she still calling me if its a possibility that me and another guy is the father. She should be trying to figure out who is the father instead of calling me." I said now pissed that the nasty bitch ruining my makeup anniversary/weekend.
"Well settle it with that bitch because I'm not playing with you anymore Alex." I nodded.

I then thought about when I saw Anastasia going into that person house. I wasn't going to ask Ashley who house it was but then I'm like I might as well.
"Ashley, who lives in that blue house 3 houses down from you?"
"Courtney. Why?"
"I seen Anastasia going in there yesterday when I was waiting outside to come pick you up."
"That's strange. I'm not sure why would she be going in her house." She stated more than questioned.
"Well I'm sorry about her calling me. But until I get everything done with the results of the paternity she gonna keep calling, all I can do is block her. Can we please have fun today? You did bring the comfortable clothes like I said?" She nodded. "Well lets get showered and get ready to go."
"You better deal with her when we get back and you better block her." She said getting up from the bed and headed towards the bathroom dragging her bag along with her. I walked to the mini bar and got a drink cause I needed one.

Ashley's Point of View

I got out the shower and looked in the mirror. I noticed how beautiful I looked so if he didn't want me then that's fine. I put on my comfortable clothes. It was a pair of army fatigue pants, a beige shirt with my all white nike sneakers. I put my hair in a loose ponytail. I came out the bathroom and Alex was at the bar drinking. I knew he was stressed by the way he was throwing the shots back.

"Alex its cool stop stressing. Whatever you have planned for today we gonna make the best of it." I said reassuring him that I was over the phone calls for now.
"Okay babe. You looking sexy tho. I didn't think you can pull off being sexy in comfortable clothes." He said looking at me with lust in his eyes.
I rolled my eyes and said, "Go take a shower so we can go please."

20 minutes later he came out the bathroom with his white wife beater tank top, grey sweatpants and his grey and white nike sneakers. He had a white tee shirt in his hand. We get inside and I seen Emily, Keisha, Kia, Renae, Jaliyah and unfortunately Courtney. I looked at Alex surprised.
"I know you didnt think we were about to play alone right. I called them while you were in the shower. You're captain of one team and I'm captain of the other team. Start picking."
"Well, I want Emily, Keisha and," I thought real hard about this one. "Courtney." Both Emily and Keisha looked at each other with confusion. I knew why I picked her. I didn't want her near my man and I wanted to find out why Anastasia was in her house.
"So that means Kia, Renae and Jaliyah y'all on my team." He said. "Let the games begin."

For the next 4 hours we played all the games but the shooting range. Surprisingly, my team was winning. We beat Alex's team in laser tag, lost in paint ball and got more hit targets in target shooting.
"You know if we win this game we'll have to play another game for a tie breaker." He said.
"Well, we'll just have to see."

We started playing and then Alex got a call. I noticed him walk off but kept shooting since it was my turn. He came back and my turn was over but it was his turn now. So I took the time to talk to Courtney.
"Hey, Court."
"Sup, Ash."
"Alex told me he seen Anastasia go in your house yesterday, why was she there?" I questioned looking at her. Her eyes widen with my new knowledge.
"W-w-well, I c-can't tell y-you." She stuttered.
"Why not?" I said now curious.
"They told me not to tell anyone." She said getting up because it was her turn.

Something was up and I needed to tell Alex. So I got to him and pulled him aside. "So I spoke to Courtney about the Anastasia going in her house situation and she looked shocked that I knew but wouldn't give me any details because she promised she wouldn't."
"When we get back to town we both gonna see wassup." He said.

We went back to play and my team won. 3-1 baby! We then got some food. I just realized I was starving because we were so into the games. Alex got up and disappeared then I hear music come on while I ate my burger. I looked around and seen Alex walk towards me with roses. He started telling me why he fell in love with me. He's sorry for all his wrong doings and how he plan on making it up to me. He then got on one knee and said, "Ashley Marie Santos, this was gonna be a marriage proposal but I know I fucked up so this is now a promise ring. Babe, I promise to always love you. I promise to always be there for you. I promise to grow old with you. And most of all I promise to stay faithful from this day forward. Will you accept this promise ring?" Everyone looked on for my response. I said Yes. He leaned in for a kiss but I gave him my cheek. But when we got to the hotel room and we made hot passionate love until the sun came up. I was so ready to get back to hood to see wassup with Anastasia and Courtney and this mystery person.
