Sea salt smell mixed with the fresh sense of the piercing wind strike against her hauled her back every time the harsh wave collides against the Black pearl. (y/n)'s usually soft (h/c) hair was tangled in a not from the merciless current of wind. In the distant the vermillion sun kissed the azure blue ocean.

(Y/n) was lost in thought as she stared emptily into the endless ocean. Nothing but water surrounded the colossal ship. Even though the black pearl was ginormous the ocean made her felt so small, so helpless in the middle of the atlantic. She felt like she was just a spec of dust in the endless galaxy. The sun falls and the sky was painted a gloomy somber orange. A storm. No matter how hard she tries she couldn't see beyond the horizon. It was just a pale bright line of gold that slowly fade into the distant of nothingness. No matter how long she stared into the sea of water she hold a slice of hope something would emerge from the horizon. She was sick and tired of this endless ocean. (y/n) let out a long impatient sigh. Her heart long for what was beyond that thin line of light between the sky and the ocean.

"Ashryver" her glassy (y/c) eyes snapped back to reality, "Captain called for yer." She gave a curt nod without even glancing at the cabin boy as she walked towards the Captain's quarter.

Dark wooden floor creaked under her feet as she gingerly walked into the Captain's cabin. The entire ship was jet black like the ship has been torched then polished, just like the name suggest "black pearl". James Dilasia captain of the Dark lagoon sat behind his desk, his fair face looked down at his map with a frown. Hazel hair fell and covered those striking golden eyes as he lost himself in concentration.(Y/n) lean against the wall lazily as she inspect her nail. Boredly she flick her wrist, sharp iron nail snapped out, with the same flicked movement her weapon disappeared. (y/n) cleared her throat giving the captain quite a fright. "You called?" She asked as she cross her arms over her chest.

"R-Right." He composed himself " Ashryver, We won't be going to Europe-"

"What! Why?" A flame flickered in her eyes, "We. Had. A. Deal." All of her waiting and working on this ship collapsed down. She was sick and tired of waiting. Hearing this made everything worse. Whatever patient and self control she had has completely shattered.

"Yes. A deal." James swatted his hair out of his way as he fought against (y/n)'s thin patient to explain. " We had a deal. But due to certain circumstances we won't be able to pass through Africa to Europe due to a typhoon-"

"Then change direction-" (y/n) spoke heatedly, fumbling to keep her anger in check but it shows on her expression.

"Exactly" the captain stood up and slam down his hand shutting her up. He had reached his limit with her attitude. " Instead of passing Africa we have to take a longer route through Oceania."

"We had a deal. You take me Germany in less than three months." (Y/n) demanded. When the captain slammed his hands down on his desk, she stop fighting against her anger and let it completely control her and burn. Her fire threaten to torch the captain to ash.

"Shut up." He dropped his formality for pirate slang" We had a deal that I'll take yer to Germany so shut yer rutting mouth! Don't tell me what to do. I Am The Captain." His golden eyes seems to burn holes through her. Angrily he sat down and gave a short sigh. "You are dismissed."

With a careless heel flick, the dark wooden door slam shut. The tension completely disappeared once (y/n) stepped foot outside and her rage subside. All around them was pitch black, night has fallen and the stars light up the sky.

"(y/n)" The gunner lean against the wall.

"Oliver" She greeted back. "You were eavesdropping weren't you" Her (y/c) eyes narrowed at the tall lean man in front of her. His dark brown hair fell over his chocolate eyes as he cocked his head to the side. The end of his lip lifted up.
