Vampires are one of the oldest legends in the world, and most rumors are true. Stakes to the heart are lethal and blood is an absolute necessity, but the one thing that every single story got wrong was how they are created. You see, it’s much like your average poltergeist story with vengeful spirits and dramatic deaths and all that jazz. The only difference is the outcome. You’d be surprised at how many innocent people have been killed for unjust reasons or entertainment over the centuries and their bodies unceremoniously dumped in rivers or unmarked graves. Now, it’s a combination of those circumstances and the tragic moments leading up to these events and add in a little unfinished business that makes a corpse ripe for the reawakening, but what really sets things in motion is the moon. The moon during every one of these events has to be in eclipse. That is why vampires exist, and that is why I am still here today.
