Beeeeeeep...

Beeeeeeep...

Beeeeeeep...

My clock beeped repeatedly as I laid shirtless on my bed, curled up on one side. I reached over to the clock my nightstand as a faint light slipped through the curtain of my window.

I rubbed my eyes as the intoxicating smell of woman and booze filled my nostrils. Then I noticed the arm draped over me as I began to open my eyes. Well you might be wondering about who could've been in bed with me, it was my girlfriend, Olivia.

I moaned softly as my throat felt as dry as sandpaper. I carefully tried to stand up as I moved Olivia's hand carefully.

I got off the bed as I did a quick stretch in my boxers. The apartment was dark, clothes were scattered all around the bed. I checked the time on my alarm clock, it was half past six. My tired eyes turned toward Olivia, and she was still fast asleep.

Her raven black hair was a in a mess as she laid there in only her underwear. Her thin lips held a slight frown as her head rested gently on a pillow. The part below her eye were all dark from staying up late every night. Her arms and a leg were wrapped around a pillow as the other leg was just sprawled out of her side of the bed.

But then as I began to make my way to the bathroom to splash some water on my face, Olivia began to come around from her sleep. I walked across the dimly lit apartment and turned on the lights in the bathroom. Luckily, my apartment was pretty open, no walls separating each part of the apartment from the other parts, except for the bathroom of course.

I stared back at myself in the mirror as it reflected my messed up visage back at me. My dark brown hair was disheveled and covered with a bit of grime, which I dusted off. My gray eyes were half-closed from weariness while a thin dark area hung beneath it. I opened the faucet and splashed some water in my face and got some soap to scrub off some of the dirt on my face.

After a few minutes, as I got out of the bathroom Olivia was waking up. She first reached across to my night stand to prop herself to sit up. She swayed side to side for a few tries until she was finally able to push herself up.

"Uuughhhh," She grunted in a raspy voice as she gripped the side of her head. "My goddamned head hurts..."

She sat up dizzily as I realized that she wasn't even wearing a bra. She swayed back and forth as I tried not to stare at her chest which was doing the same. Her eyes blinked repeatedly as she yawned and gave away the fact that she was really tired.

"I told you not to drink too much" I softly said in a matter-of-factly way as I walked up to the kitchen to pour myself a glass of my favorite drink, chocolate milk.

"Fuck you Charles," She silently shouted as I turned on the lights in the room, making her squint her eyes and shade them with her hand.

"Turn the fucking lights off." She whispered loudly and dropped back down on the bed as she grabbed a blanket and covered her face with it.

"Sorry, Olie" I said as I turned the light back off.

"Shut the hell up, you're too loud." She whispered again and she added "I'm going to lie down for a few minutes, my head pounding."

I sighed as I was reminded of how she is.

Yep, this is my girlfriend folks. This bad-mouthed, half-naked, hung over girl is my life partner, you guys must be so jealous.

Just as I was thinking about how great my relationship is, my stomach rumbled as I dropped down onto the sofa on the living room. Thinking of what to have for breakfast, I called out to Olivia.
