I was finally having a great time. We were dancing and talking about everything and nothing. People seemed to be nice here and I liked it.

I talked a lot with Alex and we got along very well.
I've always preferred having guys as friends because of my past, girls back at my school weren't the nicest to me.
I had one best friend and we were best friends for years since we were little kids. I just can't get over what she did to me. It's absurd.

I felt a tap on my shoulder and I turned around to see who it was.
Everyone I knew here was right in front of me except for Grayson. And shocking it was him.

"Heey," He greeted with a big smile.

I frowned.

"Hey," I greeted back.

"Oh are you mad because of what happened?" He asked looking shocked at me, like I'm sensitive.

"No," I replied, I'm not mad it was just a little embarrassing.

"Good, let's get to know each other," He smiled and looked in my eyes warmly.

I nodded and swallowed another sip from my drink.

"Wanna go somewhere else?" He asked and my stomach dropped. What is that suppose to happen?

Oh probably nothing Alexandra, he said he wanted to get to know me.

He walked forward from the crowd and I followed, he went further and we got the end of the house. He opened the door for us to go outside.

He looked over at me for me to give him confirmation. And I did that with a nod.

"So how you like the party, Alexandra?" He looked over at me while we took a walk over to some bench right outside the house.

"It's okay, it would probably gets better once you get to know more people," I replied looking at him. I can't lie, he looks the best out of all. But I'm not looking for someone, that's the last thing I want now. I know how it goes.

"What about you?" I ask back.

"It's okay, I'm more of a at home boy but sometimes it can be fun to go out too," He licks his lips and smiles.

"Yeah, I'm the same. But this is college, it's like a part of it; to party," I laugh.

"True, true. But we don't have to be like everyone else," He says.

I laugh again and say "No,"

"You have a nice smile," He winks.

Oh fuck is he flirting? This was not my intention.

"Yeah right, thanks," I laugh not wanting to sound like a weak girl.

"So are you single?" He asks sounding cheesy as hell.

I stood up "okay let's go inside," I answer his question with and started walking back inside.

It's the first day here. I'm not looking for a guy looking like a god to seduce me and then leave me within a second. I just want to be friends.

"What's wrong with the question, Alexandra?" He runs to catch up with my walking.

"Is that what you ask every girl you meet for the first time?" Maybe I'm being stupid.

"I'm sorry, I just wanted to get to know you," He sighs.

I don't want to make a big thing out of this. I can just answer his question and show him that I only want to be his friend, because I really do need a friend.

"Okay, well if you want me to answer your question; Yes, I am,"

He smirks looking at me.

I take up to give Alissa a call and she answers.

"Hey, I wanna head home it's getting late and we have classes tomorrow,"

"Oh shit, that's right! Where are you?" She asks.

"I'm outside," I reply.

"I'll be there," and then we hung up.

"So you are leaving?" Grayson asks looking sad.

"Yeah,"

"Did I scare you or something?" He asks looking concerned.

"No, I just want to go home and get some rest. That's all," I look at him giving him a soft smile.
