My Vampire Boyfriend

New Beginning

*Xiao Yang P.O.V*

My name is Huang Zhi Yang. I am 16 years old this year. Today I am moving to a new house since my owner kicked me out because I'm not able to pay the rent. Curious why I still able to move to a new house when I'm broke? Well I received a letter a day before I get kicked out, that I inherited a house from my parents.

I lived in the orphanage for as long as I can remember. The sister in orphanage told me that they found me in front of the orphanage door step with a necklace with my name on it. So yeah, I never know who my parents are. So why I get this letter now and not earlier, well according to the letter I can only inherit the house when I am 16 years old.

So I am in front of this big mansion, but without a key. Yeah my parents let me inherit a house without giving the key to me, funny right? Well I try the door bell and its answer by an old man wearing a very smart black suit. Once he opens the door he give me a big grin.

Old Man: Oh, finally you are here, I am still wondering what takes you so long to reach here.

I looked around to see if there is anyone other than me. But there is no one around.

Me: Are you calling me?

Old Man: Oh yes, who else I would call then.

Me: But why would u call me 大小姐? Do you know me?

Old Man: Hahaha, you are my 大小姐 of course I will call you that and yes I do know you. But first please come in first as it is getting colder outside.

I agree with the old man as I start to feel cold. The old man help to take my luggage in, which not that a lot. After I get in I remember I did not get the old man name so I ask.

Me: Erm sir, sorry but I do not get what is your name?

Old Man: Oh yeah, silly me. I am too happy to see you until I forget to introduce myself. My surname is Huang. I am the butler of this mansion. So please call me Butler Huang.

I look around and realize that it is a big and old mansion. I am astonished to see such a nice house. Butler Huang guides me to second floor and into a big and warm room. The room is painted in my favorite color, blue. It feels so peaceful once I step into the room.

The room has all that a normal girl would dream of. It has a big and comfy bed. On the bed there are few bear and my favorite bear 'Rilakkuma-san' is there as well. There is a walk-in wardrobe, set of table and chair that look very expensive and a personal bathroom. The room is design in a way that is cute and peaceful at the same time. I really like this room a lot. Butler Huang inform that this will be my room and I am shocked to hear that.

Me: What!?? Are you sure 爷爷? This is my room??

Huang爷爷: Yes 大小姐, this will be your room from now on. Please feel free to roam around the house. Now please excuse me as I have to go prepare lunch.

I gave a nod of understanding and start to unpack my belonging. When I open the walk – in wardrobe I was astonished to see so much pretty cloths in there. You know girls, can't handle it if they saw a lot of nice stuff right.

*Fast forward - done unpack*

After I done unpacking, I went downstairs to find a scrumptious meal in front of me. Huang爷爷inform me lunch is ready and enjoy myself. After lunch I inform 爷爷that I will be going for a stroll. Huang爷爷 gave a nod of understanding but warn me not to go near the forest in front of our house.

With that I went out to take a stroll. I found the area is very quiet and peaceful. There is only 2 house in this area. The one that I will be living in and another big mansion just beside us. I continue to stroll around until I walk into a very nice garden with all sort of flower. Since small I really loved flower so this place is like heaven for me.

Then I come across a park bench, since I have been strolling for sometimes now, I feel a bit tired and wanted to get some rest. When I walk near the bench I found out that it had been occupied by a young man. He is lying on the bench so I do not have any space to sit at all. I examine the young man, seems like he is quite tall. He is wearing a white shirt and a black pant with a face mask on.

Suddenly a gust of wind come blowing and I starting to shiver. So I plan to go home to warm up myself before I got myself sick. Before I make my move, I turn back to look at the young man. I had a worried look on my face as I don't feel like leaving this guy behind of me. What if he die here? What if he is actually fainted? A lot of what if came buzzing in my brain. I let out a sigh and walk towards the young man.

Me: Hey, wake up its cold here. Go home and sleep. *nudging the young man*

Me: Sigh, wake up and go back to your home to sleep.

Young Man: Groaning again...

I lost my patience and start to yelling at the young man. Suddenly I feel a cold hand grabbing my throat and within second I am lying on the bench with the young man on top of me with a serious and threatening face looking at me.

Young Man: Who are you??? What do you want with me??? *hiss the young man*

Me: I... I I...

The young man loosen his grip on my throat after he realize I start to have difficulty in breathing. And I take this time to inhale big amount of oxygen. After feeling life again I started to explain.

Me: I saw you sleeping here, and since it's getting colder now that's why I tried to wake you up so that you can go back your house to sleep. Sorry for disturbing.

Young Man: Sorry, I thought you were going to do anything to me and thus my reflex. Are you hurt anywhere?

Me: Nonono, I'm fine don't worry. I understand it. But why do you sleep here?

Young Man: I felt a bit dizzy on my way back so I lay down for some rest. Who know I have been   sleeping after that. Anyway thanks for waking me up.

Me: You're welcome.

I smile to the young man and excuse myself as the day is getting darker but the young man insist to walk me home as it is not safe for me to walk alone at this. So I agree and we walk back home together. It took us around 5 minute walk from the garden to my house.

When I reach my house the young man gave a shocking look to me. I ask him what's wrong and he ask do I really live here. I reply yes to him and tell him that I just moved in today. The young man give me a nod.

Young Man: I live at that house *finger pointing to the house next to mine*, since we are neighbor I guess I should introduce myself *taking off his make to reveal a handsome face*. My name is Yi Yang Qian Xi. Nice to meet you.

Me: *Shocked* You live next door? *Regain from shocked* Nice to meet you too. My name is Huang Zhi Yang. Pleasure meeting you.

With that I excuse myself to go in to the house and we say goodbye to each other. After dinner I went up to my bedroom to prepare to sleep. I just feel that the name and the face is very familiar but I can't remember where I saw it before. So I shrug it off and try to get some sleep.
