It was in middle school. That was the first time I saw him. I loved everything about him. His addiction for cupcakes. His blue eye. His black hair. I admitted, that I was in love. The first time I met him, was when Jack, took my guitar from my hands, he dragged me to the furnace. Lucky for him no one was there. He tied me to a chair. He put tape on my mouth so I couldn't call for help. Jack was my ex, after I found out he was cheating on me. He was a dirty liar. With my sense of hearing I heard someone on the stairs. I pretended to not notice them. I muffed ''LET ME GO YOU PSYCHO!'' ''Ah ha ha, no one is here to save you. You're stuck with me, and you can never e-'' and that's when he appeared. He kicked Jack straight in the mouth. He untied me and took off the tape. He handed me my guitar. ''ARE YOU OK?!?!?'' He asked me. ''Yeah, I'm ok, thanks to you.'' I said. I hugged him. He practically saved my life! Who knows what Jack could have done. He's a psychopath. ''Let's go.'' He said. I nodded. I put the strap over my shoulder. We left. We never came back. Jack got out, grumbling. His mouth got a scar. That was the last time Jack ever messed with us. I forgot to ask the kid his name, but he was already gone by then.
Reader's POV
I looked up into the skies. Today was the day, the day I moved, to a new lane, a new street, a new life, or that's how I look at it. You meet new people you never met before, you see new faces, and you may even fall in love! My back was on the grass. I made pictures with the clouds. I pointed at the clouds. Soon I would have to go inside to pack my things. The moving truck was almost here. I grabbed my phone, left a note saying to take the boxes, hopped into my car, and drove to the lane. Once I got there, I just stared at the big house. My guitar was strapped to my back. My phone was in my hands. I dropped my phone, at that moment I knew, that I chose the right house. I gasped. The house was bigger in person, the yard was huge and had a pond. It had flowers and a pretty nice backyard. I realized all the houses were huge. The moving truck came. They went to the house. I walked inside. They left all the boxes where they were supposed to. The house had everything! A bed, a sink, a tub, a table, a couch, I was so surprised. The living room had a coffee table, a huge flat screen TV, and smaller coffee tables on the side, like the tables where you put vases and stuff like that. The living room also had a red carpet. It was beautiful. My moving into this town caused a commotion, someone already started knocking at my door and I didn't even get to unpack yet! ''Coming!'' I yelled as I rushed down the stairs. I opened the door. It was that kid, from 10 years ago. ''Hey I'm- wait a second, don't you lok familiar? Wait a minute, aren't you that kid from 10 years ago? The girl I saved in the basement?'' He asked. I stuttered ''Y-y-yeah! I'm the new girl in town.'' I said. 'He still looks the same, probably still the same too.' ''Well I'm Zane, nice to meet you.'' he said. ''N-n-n-nice t-to me-e-e-et you t-t-to!'' I stuttered. ''Anyways, my dad is making me help you unpack and stuff since he owns the street.'' Zane mumbled under his mask. ''Oh, ok.'' I said, disappointed, that it was not for another reason. ''Anyways, we should start!'' I said. We started with the bedroom. I put up my anime posters, while Zane put up my mlp figurines. It looked like he was amazed into my collection. ''Well, we're done with my bedroom.'' I say. ''To the kitchen?'' he asks. ''To the kitchen.'' I nod. We rushed to the kitchen to finish up there, at the end of the day (6:00) we ate cupcakes and watched some anime. Then Zane had to go home because it was getting late. (11:50) I closed everything, put everything away, went to my room, and played Final Fantasy X-2 Eternity, Memory of Lightwaves on the guitar until I fell asleep. I woke up the next morning. I was in my cute pajamas. I went downstairs to eat cereal. I got some fruit loops from the cabinet. Since I moved, I needed to get a new job. I looked around for a job. I saw a maid cafe and decided to go there. I filled in the job application form. I walked into my boss's room. I was so shocked when I saw that Aphmau was my boss. ''APHMAU?!??!? YOU'RE MY BOSS?!?!?!?!'' I shrieked. ''Y/N?!?!?!?? YOU'RE MY NEW WORKER?!??!?!'' She shrieked as well. ''Aph! Its been forever!'' I said. ''I know right?!?!??'' She said. ''Wait...so does this mean I get the job?'' I asked. ''OF COURSE, YOU'RE MY BESTIE SINCE ELEMENTARY!'' She said. ''Ok I'll go get my outfit on.'' I said. After I got my outfit on, Aphmau told me to go meet some of the workers I'll be working with. Of course, I already met Aphmau, but there were so many more people. I walked over to this guy that looked like Zane, but had no mask. Also his eyes were darker. ''Hi! I'm Y/N'''I said to him. ''Hey, I'm Gene, are you the new worker?'' He asked. ''Yeah!'' I said. ''Well nice to meet you.'' He said. ''Yeah, you too.'' I said. I walked over to this guy with black hair and eyes. ''Hey! I'm the new worker!'' I said cheerfully. ''Hey, I'm Aaron, Aphmau's Girlfriend!'' He said. ''Aphmau didn't tell me she had a boyfriend,'' I frowned. ''Well, anyways congratz on getting her.'' I said. ''Thanks, oh and whats your name?'' He asked. ''My name is Y/N.'' I said. ''See ya!'' He said. I walked over to someone with black hair and their suit was extended like Zane's mask kind of. ''Hey I'm-'' the guy turned around. It was Zane. ''Zane?!?! What are you doing here?!?!?'' I asked him. ''I work here.'' He said simply. ''Oh, I'm the new worker here.'' I said. ''Well I better get back to work.'' Then I saw him glare at Gene, they had a silent contest. I walked over to a girl with a cat tail and ears, along with a pink maid dress. ''Hey I'm the new worker here-'' I realized it was Kawaii~Chan. ''KAWAII~CHAN?!?!??!'''I shrieked. ''Y/N?!?!?'' he shrieked as well. ''IT'S BEEN SO LONG!! LIKE YEARS!'' ''I KNOW!!!!'' She shrieked. ''I'm a cook! What are you?'' I asked. ''Kawaii~Chan IS THE SAME! Kawaii~Chan CAN'T BELIEVE WE'LL BE WORKING TOGETHER!!!'' she screamed.
