Literally adding on to GreekMythology17 . She (or he I tend to call everyone on wattpad a female ¯\_(ツ)_/¯) wrote something and I'm just adding on.
Chat's pov
I'm just patrolling when I see a crime. A absolute crime. I can't just let this go. I can see Chloe wearing a puke green plaid dress that doesn't suit her at all. I scurry around and find something more presentable.
"Chloe! Come here!" I yell to her, hoping to get her attention. "Do you like your dress?" It doesn't seem 'Chloe-worthy' but I respect any desicion she makes. "No, but I want to wear it" she said with a pout. "Would you mind if I just got one of the best tailors in town to hem it here and there?" I asked, catious of her feelings. "Mmm maybe ok" she said, smiling.
She wasn't wearing makeup either, but she looked truly beautiful.
I took out my baton and called Marinette. "Hey, can you meet me at the park with your sewing kit and a designer black belt?" I asked. She gave a questioning look, and I gave her a pleading one. "Fine, see you in 5" she said to the phone before she cut it.
"We'll have to wait a little ok Chloe?" I said, treating her like a little kid. "M'kay" she muttered. "What's wrong?" I asked, I was worried about her. She just shook her head and wiped the single tear that fell from her eye. I stared into her tear filled eyes, and softly pulled her head closer... And closer... And closer...
For a hug, and she sobbed softly into my chest. She suddenly pushed herself away and wiped her tears. She then stood as if nothing happened. Soon enough Marinette arrived and assessed what she was working with. A baggy dress on Chloe. She gave a surprised look but hid it well.
She started by sewing the sides tighter, so it was semi body hug. Then I put the belt near her belly button, and it was great. "Thank you" she muttered. "How much should I pay? I said, and she looked liked she didn't believe him. "You know I don't do this for money..." She said giving me a look.
"Um, Marinette, can you please give me a choclate cookie with white choclate chips? And how much?" Chloe asked. Marinette just ran off. Soon we saw her running back, but with cookies! She gave one to me, gave two to Chloe and kept one for herself. "For free" Mari said before she could ask for the price.
"What the occasion?" I asked Chloe. She started walking, and motioned to us to follow her. We got to a cemetery.
Giselle Bourgeois. A loving mother, daughter, wife and sister. Chloe put a cookie down with the others, and signed the year on it. "There were her favourite. We share a birthday, and on my 6th birthday she was driving drunk. She got into a crash and killed herself. Ever since I have been putting cookies here for her, her favourite ones. She'd eat them all the time" Chloe managed to say over her voice cracking and her constant breakout onto tears.
"This was her dress. Even when I was little I wore makeup. She always said she didn't like it when I wore makeup and that she loved this dress, so this is how I come to the cemetery" she continued.
"We are here for you Chloe. We really are" said me and Marinette. We kept saying things like that, but we were overlapping each other. Chloe started walking away, indicating it was time to leave.
When we were crossing the street Marinette had tripped on the road, and we hadn't noticed until we heard a car horn. And it was to late. She was lying on the road bloody and bruised. An ambulance was already on its way.
Chloe and I got into the ambulance with Marinette. They had said that the chances of her survival were very slim. Her heart was beating deadly slow, and they kept having to do CPR. We finally got to the hospital when they had said she died.
She was dead.
And it was all.
My.
Fault.
Chloes pov
I shot up in a cold sweat, and looked around me. It was a dream. It was just a dream. Uncontrollable tears were running down my face. I fell onto the floor and I heard footsteps. "Chlo what's wrong?" My mom exclaimed, bursting into my room. I put my arms around her neck and told her all about the dream. To be honest I was kinda uncomfortable because my parents are always work work work and don't do thing like this. They are to busy for me. Always.
"Don't worry, I promise I won't drink today. Happy birthday Chlo!" She exclaimed at the same time my dad did, he just ran in. "Happy birthday to you too mom!"
And for once, I had true happiness.
