Into the Darkness

"It's fine, we're just, um..." I stammered I had no idea what was happening but I didn't like it. "We'll be fine!"

"Yeah, okay we totally are just locked in this house with no adults." Lyra says. I tip toed down the stairs looked around the corner and ventured closer to the front door. As I started to tip toe across the floor a noise startled me so much I almost peed. "It's nothing!" I whispered to myself sternly then, out of no where comes a running figure covered in black like they had no face. "Blaaahhh!" I scream and run to the bathroom where my friends are huddled up then I hear the noise of laughter and scowl. Harriet!  "Harriet!" I yelled, as she came racing in.

"Hahahahaha. Snort. I got you guys good!" she says with a wicked grin on her pasty face.

"What are you doing here Harriet?" I speak to her in a stern voice.

"I saw your friends were coming so I came from next door to play a trick on you!" She laughs in our faces and runs out the bathroom door. "So can I get a drink or anything?" she asks. "No! Just go Harriet!" and she walks to the front door unlocks it and says "Wait! I need to pee." 

"Fine!" I retort and she races off towards the bathroom. Amy, Olivia, Lyra and I start talking about how we could get her back and how weird it is that a 16 year old plays a trick on fellow 16 year old like that for babies. Then we heard a little yelp and a thud. "Okay Harriet! Stop tricking us we're not falling for it!" So we continue talking but I have an urge to walk over and check on her so I say "I'll be back." in an Arnold schwarzeneggar voice from the terminator. I walk to the bathroom and see a bloodied body lying on the floor, neck broken and glassy eyes satring at me. Harriet. Then I feel a cold thing slither past my legs, a pain the back of my neck and I blacked out.
