As i was pacing back and forward thinking. How could this happen to me? Why did i get myself in this mess! WITH DEREK JONES! "Isn't this the part were you apologize?"Derek said. I look at him surprised. He chuckles at me.
"ARE YOU SERIOUS? I WAS TRYING TO SAVE YOU AND YOU WANT ME TO SAY SORRY?" I say. Derek starts laughing even more. He says "Okay, i'm sorry. But it's your fault for getting involved in this fight." I sit on the edge of the bench and cross my arms. Derek looks at me in a surprised way. "Cassie, why did you even get involved in the fight?" I look at him and say, "I don't know, i saw you guys fighting and i guess i got worri-" Derek's parents waltz in out of the corner, "DEREK LEE JONES, WHY AND HOW THE HELL ARE YOU BEHIND BARS?" His mother says. The police officer unlocks the gate and lets Derek out.
Derek tries to say something after getting out the cell "You wer-" then his mother pulls him away and grabs him by the ear. As they leave i can hear Mrs. Jones yelling at him across the hallway. As they go through the doors and leave, I go back onto the bench and sigh with my head down trying to figure out a way to explain to my parents.
The next morning i hear the wonderful noise of my ALARM CLOCK! The worst noise you could even hear in the morning. I then click the snooze button and groan, "Agh i hate mornings" I sway my body off as i get off my bed and grab my glasses. "OH MY GOD WHAT THE F-"
A hand covers my mouth.
I feel frozen and in shock.
Our bodies.
They are so close to each other.
I feel his breathing on my neck.
I can't move.
Or make a noise.
I look down and see his muscular hand.
It looked familiar. As i get out of shock i elbow him in the chest and run out the room. I can hear him groaning in pain. He says "CASSIE!" I run down the stairs, until i get to the bottom. I hear him say "CASSIE ITS ME! DEREK!"
Derek? Why would it be Derek?
I go back up to the stairs slowly, Derek comes out and says "It's me Cassie just calm down" I come up the stairs and slap him. "What the hell was that for?!?" He says. "THAT WAS FOR SCARING ME OH AND ALSO FOR GETTING MEI JAIL, thanks to you. I'm grounded." He chuckles quietly. I slam my foot on the ground and groan. "What are you doing here anyway?!" I say. "I came to apologize." I cross my arms and look at him with no emotion. "Why would Derek Jones apologize to me?"
