Today's Shawn and my 2 year anniversary! We've been dating since July 14th 2011! The summer of 8th grade. It has been the best 2 years of my life!

Shawn and I have been best friends since kindergarten! He moved in next door to my mom and I. We instantly became friends! We grew up together and we've been on vacation with each other 4 times. I started to have feelings for Shawn in 5th grade but I didn't tell anyone but my best friend Matthew Espinosa. Matt and I have been friends since we were little too! Shawn asked me out the summer of 8th grade. It was the best day of my life! I was in 8th grade but I knew I loved Shawn and I wanted  to spend the rest of my life with him!

I woke up at 8:00 to my alarm. Shawn's cover of Counting Stars was playing. That's my favorite cover of his but I love them all! I pressed the snooze button and instantly got up. I ran to my phone on my dresser and called Shawn! "Good morning babe! I love you so much!" I said when he picked up. "Good morning princess! I love you way more! I'll be over around 9:30, okay?" He stated. "Okie dokie! I'll be ready! Can't wait to spend the day with the love of my life!" I said back. "See you in a bit!" Shawn said and hung up. I ran to the bathroom and got in the shower. I finished and ran back to my room. It was only 8:20. I put on my Shawn Mendes shirt with faded blue high waisted shorts. I went downstairs to see my mom cooking breakfast. "Good morning mom!" I said. "Good morning hun! Are you going out with Shawn today?" She asked. "Yes! I'm staying at his house tonight!" I responded. "Okay, be careful." She said. I sat down and she put a plate of fruit and a pancake in front of me. I ate it all in 15 minutes. I went back upstairs and brushed my teeth. I curled my hair long golden brown hair and put on some sparkly eye shadow with mascara and eyeliner. When I was done. I went back into my room and it was 9:00. I decided to watch Teen Wolf! At 9:15, my mother yelled, "Abbigayle, Shawn's here!" "Be there in a minute!" I yelled back. I grabbed my phone and slid on my blue Vans. As I was walking down the stairs I looked and seen Shawn had on his blue Vans and "Shawn Mendes" shirt too! "Aren't we the cutest!" I said to Shawn. "Of course!" He stated back! I hugged my mom and said "Love you so much! See you tomorrow!" "Have fun. Be careful." She responded. "Have a good day Mrs. Thompson!" Shawn said, smiling. "You too!" My mom said back. I interlocked my fingers in his and walked out the door. We got into the car and turned up the radio. I sang my heart until Shawn stopped. "We're here!" Shawn shouted. We were at Nash's party! He was having a summer get together! We got out of the car and walked hand in hand. I ran to Nash and hugged him! "Great party Nashty!" I stated. "Thanks! Glad you and Shawn could make it! The rest of the guys are here! There's snack and drinks over on the picnic tables!" Nash said back. There were hundreds of people here. Most of them were fans. Girls ran up to Shawn and I. They all asked for pictures. We took about 100 pictures. The fans were so nice! I heard girls yell "You guys are so cute! I ship it! Shabigayle shipper! I love you guys!" I smiled my hardest in every picture! Shawn and I walked around and talked to a whole bunch of people. Then, we found the Magcon family sitting in a circle. "Hey guys!" I yelled. They all yelled different greetings. Shawn and I sat down and he pulled me in between his legs. I rested my head back on his chest. I fit so perfectly in his arms. 30 minutes later, Nash came and sat down next to Cameron and Taylor. We talked for a coupled of hours until Carter said "Anyone up for a game of football?" Everyone screamed yes in different ways. We all got up and ran over to the football field. We all put our phones in a pile and split up on team. "I'm going to crush you Mendes!" I yelled to Shawn. "You wish Thompson!" He yelled back. Nash threw the ball to Matt and Matt threw it to me. As Shawn was about to tackle me, I threw it to Taylor and he scored! Shawn threw me to the ground and started to roll around. I looked him in the eyes and pressed my lips to his. I felt sparks. Every time we kiss, I feel sparks! They get stronger every time! When we finished playing, my phone had over 500 notifications.They were all pictures of us playing football but mostly Shawn and I! I love this fandom already! "I love all of you so much!" I yelled to the fans! They all screamed different things. I'm so lucky to have Shawn in my life! I wouldn't be the person I am without him. I ran up to Shawn and wrapped my legs around his waist and my hands around his neck. I kissed him with passion! He didn't deny the kiss. I pulled away and smiled! He carried me back to the circle and sat us down. We all talked till 7:00. Most of the fans had left. I stood up and hugged everyone. "Thanks for an amazing day everyone!" I grabbed Shawn's hand and walked back to the car. We got in and drove back to his house.

When we got inside, his mom and sister had left a note on the table that said, "We're staying at Charlie's for the weekend. There's money for food on the coffee table. Have a good weekend kids!" "We have the house all to ourselves!" Shawn stated. I smiled and sat down on the couch. Shawn ordered Chinese food. It showed up 20 minutes later. When we finished eating, I went into the bathroom and changed into some pajamas that I leave at Shawn's for when I stay over. I came back and Shawn was already in his pajamas and laying down. I put my phone on my charger and cuddled up in Shawn's arms. "What are we watching?" I asked. "Lion King!" He responded. "The first movie we ever watched together!" I stated. "Mhm." Shawn said back. "I love you so much Shawn! Happy 2 years!" I said. "I love you way more Abbigayle! Best 2 years of my life!" Shawn stated back. I snuggled my body close to Shawn and he wrapped his arms around me. I closed my eyes and slowly went to sleep.
