helmsmen solus and vriska get up from there station to be replayced by two twotonian crewmen.vriska rolls her eyes seriously doughting these people are that good at flying a ship in a crisis.almost all the staff disperse through out the ship.

Rose the second officer aboard the skia makes a quick trip to kanayas personal quarters.Rose enters the darkened living area and swings around the place before discovering her matesprit is absent."computer .locate kanaya?"certainly" dirks voice answers.Officer Kanaya myriam is in Cargo bay 4."oh" thank you"your welcome."

Rose enters the cargo bay to spot Dirk loadmaster .taveros the cyborg teleporting officer.unserprisingly jades working on ectoconstucts and porrium and kanaya attending to what looks like.like a skull faced mother grub with horns like the myrams.they apear to be tending to it.the things eyes look quite scary.but rose sensces its a nice motherly creature  a bit like kanaya if a bit defensive .mother grubs don't like humans being near them.kanaya spots rose and gives rose a vampiricly toothed grin.

"what took you so long?"id asumed you'd be in your quarters".not while" ...well kanaya looked suddenly depressed.porium answered maturly.our mother grub here is  sick "some kind of special? frequency is draining her"rose looked shocked"what?"jade butted in."looks like an effect of this part of space?"so far from the home planet shouldnt be an issue.somthing is.... .somthing in this part of space, is produsing this frequency".its already messed with half my samples and cast types.
