January 1st 12:00am
"Happy new year, love," Louis whispered in Rose's ear, before placing one hand on the small of her back, the other on the side of her face, and pulling her closer to him. Though the party going on around them was loud and wild, it didn't phase either of them. The cheering that surrounded them seemed to have slowly subsided, the people around them seemed to have disappeared, and in Louis and Rose's eyes, they were the only two in the room. After she wrapped her dainty hands around his neck, Rose tilted her head and met Louis's loving eyes. They stood, wrapped in each other's arms, with their faces only a few inches apart. Time slowed for the two, and in moments, the distance between the two was gone. Their lips met, gently moving with each other's. The kiss was gentle and soft, but filled with so much passion and love.
Breaking the kiss, the two pulled away, smiles painted on each of their faces. "I love you," she breathed as she rested her head on Louis's chest.
March 3 11:09pm
The young couple were sitting in Louis's car, on their way back to the band's hotel. With one hand on the steering wheel and the other holding Rose's hand, Louis drove along the familiar streets. Towering buildings lighting up the area surrounded the car. "I love the city at night," Rose pressed her cheek against the window, looking up at the illuminated buildings in awe, "It's always so beautiful."
Rubbing her soft hand with his thumb, he smiled lovingly. "It will never be as beautiful as you though."
A smile made its way onto Rose's face, and she lifted her head over to Louis and placed a light kiss on his cheek. "How did I get lucky enough to have you?" she smirked as she pulled her lips away.
He chuckled slightly before meeting her eyes and grinning again. " I think I'm the lucky one." He pulled her hand to meet his lips and placed a gentle kiss on it. Turning his eyes back to the road, he spoke again. "Have I ever told you I love you?"
"I love you t--" Rose's words were interrupted when another car slammed into her side of the car. Both of their eyes went wide, and though it seemed to be going in slow motion, every thing happened in a matter of seconds. The small car flipped several times before landing upside down. Broken glass was scattered everywhere. Before losing his consciousness, Louis noticed one thing. Blood. Lots of it. And the part that worried him the most? It wasn't his.
March 4 10:52am
Louis's eyes fluttered open and he was greeted by a curly haired boy with his head in his hands sitting by Louis's bed. The room was too white to be comforting; they were in a hospital. Images of the previous night replayed in Louis's mind and he came to realization that he wasn't the only one in the accident. "Harry?"
The curly haired boy's head shot up immediately. His tear stained face turned to Louis and a small smile appeared. "Lou! You're okay, oh my god. I was so worried, boo bear. You're okay, I'm so happy you're okay, I--"
"Harry, where's rose?"
Harry's smile faded as he bit his lip and ran his hand through his hair. "... Erm, Lou, well.."
"Is she okay? Is Rose okay?" Louis's voice was becoming more frantic and he quickly sat up even though it pained him to. His body was sore, his leg was in a cast, but other than that and a few scratches, he was okay. He wasn't the one who received the full impact of the incoming car. "Is she okay, Harry? Where's Rose?"
"Lou, you need to calm down. It's going to be--"
"Don't you dare tell me it's going to be alright if you can't even tell me what happened to her. Where is she?!"
