CHAPTER 17
MERCEDES POV
*Friday Morning*
I woke up and I was on the couch. Pyper was sleeping on the couch. I saw a note on the coffee table it said
Hey Cedes it's Pyper what's all those letters and numbers on your arms?
I remembered that I wrote those the day Hayes and I broke up, they were the dates of all the important days of our relationship.
10/19/13- the day we met
10/27/13-the day we first hugged
11/28/13- the day we started dating
12/31/13- our first kiss
3/13/14- the day we broke up
Yeah I'm pathetic.
I got up and ate breakfast once I was done I went and took a shower, after I put on some high waisted shorts and a crop trop that says 'Canada' on it, I put my hair in a side braid and threw on my galaxy vans and headed to the park. I reached in my pocket and realized I threw my phone away a few days ago.. Once I was at the park I heard vibrating in the bushes, I went towards them and found my cracked iPhone, I had a lot of missed calls and texts, I decided not to reply. I saw I had messages from Hayes, so I read them, a lot of them were like hey where are you and stuff like that but I had from from today.
Hayes- hey I think u need to come over.. Now!
I read that and ran over to his house thankfully the message was the one that made the bush vibrate. Once I got there hayes was outside.
"Thank god your here." He said grabbing my arm and pulling me inside
"What's going on?" I asked him
"Shh. It Nash and Pyper." He said quietly leading me to Nash's room
I saw what he pointed out, it was Nash and Pyper kissing, I had a really bad reaction most people would be upset having her older sister kissing her ex boyfriends older brother, but not me, now you see I did what not much people would do. I bursted out laughing.
"MERCEDES!" Pyper yelled once she saw me.
"Whoops sorry Pyper." I said dying of laughter.
Hayes grabbed me and pulled me into his room.
"Mercedes! Why were you laughing? I thought you gonna be mad." Hayes said.
"Mad? Why would I be mad? This is funny! Why would they wait till the last day?" I asked,
"Maybe because it's not Nash's last day!" Hayes said
"Wait wait what!" I said
"Only me and Skylynn her moving." He said like he was pointing out the obvious.
"Oh my god you said all of you were moving!" I yelled.
Before Hayes could talk Nash and Pyper walked in.
"It's still funny" I mouthed to Hayes.
"What the hell!" Nash yelled at me and Hayes.
"Sorry it's just I saw you two earlier and told Mercedes then she started laughing." Hayes said gunning me off.
Everyone looked at me with a angry face.
"What? I think it's funny!" I said laughing.
"God Mercedes, why do you think my relationship is funny?" Pyper asked
I started laughing even more
"Why are you laughing?" Nash asked.
"I'm sorry it's just Pyper saying 'relationship' " I said trying to breathe.
