Dylan Peter wasn't an average seventeen year old. He was secretly an outlaw and nobody knew his real identity. One day he received a letter from his cousin Pam. It said she was on a train, on her way home and a terrorist had hijacked the train. She needed Dylan to stop the train and save her and the other passengers in under 10 days or else they would die.
He decided he was going to gather some friends together and ride their horses ahead of the train. They would have time to disassemble the tracks so the train would have to stop. Later that day Dylan stopped by one of his old friend's house. He knocked on the door and said, "Hey, Jeff I'm getting some guys together to help a friend in trouble. Would you help me?"
"Yeah sure, let me get my stuff and I'll be right out," Jeff replied.
If they were going to try to attack the terrorists on the train, they were going to have to do it quick. The next day they left and began to put the plan in motion. They brought tools and supplies and began to work. It took a full day and eight men to take the tracks apart. When they finished they found cover to hide out and wait for the train to arrive. When they heard the train Dylan yelled, "Get in your positions!"
The train screeched to a halt before the damaged track. Three foreign looking men speaking a strange language came out to check out the problem. Five of Dylan's friends ambushed these men and captured them while Dylan and the other three boarded the train. They were able to surprise them and capture the remaining two terrorists. Dylan and his friends secured the terrorists by tying them up. Then they replaced the pieces they had removed from the damaged tracks. Once the track was replaced the train continued on to its destination. Pam said, "Thanks so much Dylan!" and gave him a hug.
Dylan, his friends, and the captives took the train to the police station. When they arrived at the station the authorities were waiting. Dylan tried to hand over the terrorists, but was handcuffed instead. Someone had found out the truth about him being a secret outlaw and turned him in. Dylan tried to resist arrest and explain that he wasn't the bad guy, but they wouldn't listen to him. They let the terrorists go.
During his trial, all of the passengers from the train shared testimony about the acts of heroism Dylan had used to save all of their lives. The judge felt injustice had been done and he cleared Dylan of all charges. The police started to panic about their role in putting five terrorists back out into the world. Now they had a manhunt on their hands that was led by Dylan.
The manhunt when on for several years, through many states. There were stories about people seeing the terrorists running through the mountains. These stories brought Dylan's crew to the Black Hills in South Dakota. One family claimed to have seen five foreign looking men camping in a cave. They told the authorities, who got word to Dylan. His team ambushed this group at night while they were sleeping, and sure enough, it was the same group of five men that he had captured once before. This time they were not getting away.
