There was a boy,
And this boy,
He had everything you could ask for,
He was happy,
He had friends,
He couldn't find a single thing he didn't have he wanted,
He had love and care,
Middle school came around one year,
He old best friends drifted away from him, and became popular and just forgot about him,
He happiness was slowly fading away,
He was lost the love and care he had,
He didn't have friend
He didn't have his happiness,
High school came around one year,
He was alone completely.
No happiness,
No friends.
No love
No care,
All he had was
A blade
And blood.
From head to toe
In places you could not see,
He had scars and cuts all over,
Fresh, old,
Deep, shallow,
Long, short,
He had them,
Four years of hell yet by,
And when came high school graduation,
The boy was no where to be found,
Family was no where to be found,
When they heard his name called to get his certificate,
It was silent,
Finally someone came up to the microphone.
And spoke, you could hear the sadness in his voice, the guilt he had.
He said "suicide"
Heads turned.
He said if again but louder "suicide! That's where he is, he's gone, he committed suicide the other week."
Tears came flooding out,
It was like a waterfall off his eyes.
Cries broke out from everyone.
All his friends regret leaving him.
The girl that rejected him bc he looked funny, and was fat, and had cuts and scars.
She Cried, you could see it, in her eyes, hear it in her voice "I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry, I should have said yes. If you can hear Me, please for give me"
She cried more.
She tried to hold it back.
"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry, I loved you, I wish I told you, I was afraid of what people might have thought"
She became depressed,
She when over to your house every other night to have dinner with your family,
And said sorry every night.
His siblings got excused from school,
His parents didn't work for months on end.
Till finally someone had to get money for his wake,
His funeral.
The bills.
The town lost a loving, happy, sweet, caring boy,
He's never coming back.
Did you regret the things you didn't say to him?
