SPECIAL CHAPTER 11| The one I'll never have

Ross's POV

It's amazing the fact that I took Laura for a shy person. And the fact that she isn't, just around me. I think. I don't know if it is around me, is just..Wait? Then why did she stopped for a moment. I took her for shy and the fact that I only notice now that she isn't, is pretty crazy.

Anyways, I prefer she isn't shy. But.... OK no what let's just not talk about that for a brief moment. The fact that my friends think I like her is so pathetic, I know I don't have those kind of feelings for Laura, I guess.

I just hope they don't give opinions to her about this.

Laura's POV

Heading up to the Cafe, it seemed cool. Ross opened the door in my front and I just start to see the faces of Callum, Adam and Roshon. Gosh, Roshon is so different, more tall, so different, kinda cute. Adam, Adam is what always was, short.

Quickly Roshon got up and came talk to me.

"Laura Marano!" he said looking to my face.

"Roshon Fegan, how have you been?" I said hugging him. Gosh I missed this guy. We were like so close back at 4st grade.

"Great, you?" he said with a smirk to me.

"Fine." I said a little flirty hitting his shoulder.

He smiled, took my hand and took me to the table. Cute.

"Adam, Callum." They both got up and hugged at the same time.

We all talked and laugh for a bit, we got milkshakes, walk around, laugh. But really me and Ro, that is how I call him now, were having fun, Callum and Adam had their conversation and Ross was quiet, what's up with him anyways.

"What time is it?" I said to Ro.

"7:30 why?" he said looking to me while I got worried.

"I need to go. My sister asked me for help in something. I really need to go." I said while we were walking. I looked back at Ross.

"We need to go. You promised you would take me home." I said in hurry not leaving Ro's side.

"Sure, let's go." said Ross.

He greeted Callum and Adam while...

"Can I get your number?" said Ro to me. OMGosh really?

"Really?" he nodded, I took some paper from my purse and right it on it and handed it to him. He smiled, I kissed his cheek and leave with a smirk. Oh Ro! 😍

We walked back to the car, me and Ross, without a word, he seemed upset. What's with him?

"Ok what is up with you?" I said while we walked.

"Nothing." he spoke.

"C'mon Ross, what happened, you can tell me." I said to him.

"Can I ask you something and you answer truthfully?" he spoke worrying me about his possible question. "Sure." I nod in agreement so he wouldn't notice how afraid I am of his question.

"Who is that mystery guy that you like?" he said like it was no big deal but I notice with little smirk on his lips that scared me.

"Nobody." I said in hush.

"C'mon Laura you can tell me." he said kinda teasing and that felt really awkward. If he only knew.

"Is a guy, I don't like him for very long is just... doesn't matter." I said in a breath that actually calmed me down to see he took it. I hope.
