Aizawa sneered when the form in front of him suddenly vanished from sight. No, it didn't run too far away, or hide in some corner. It simply vanished, like it was never there in the first place. Then he connected the dots and knew that the person he was chasing was not a person at all, but simply an illusion. He cursed and punched the wall beside him. He turned around to start heading back when he caught a glimpse of two bodies falling from the sky. He raced over towards the largest as it passed behind the building a few blocks from him.

Reaching the landing site, his eyes immediately fell upon the brutish figure of All Might, kneeling on the ground. As Aizawa approached, All Might glanced at him then stood up, preparing to run towards where the other figure had fallen.

"I lost them." Was all All Might said as he started to run, Aizawa right behind him.

The smell of decaying flesh radiated around her small frame. Slimy hands grabbing at the throat, hands, legs. She tried to scream, but the sound never came. The monster continued to assault her senses. With a jolt, the girl awakened gasping for fresh air and sat up quickly—or rather, she would have except she was still in a dumpster. Her head ricocheted off of the plastic lid and landed with a slight 'splash' into the garbage beneath her. Holding her head, she cursed and sat up, slowly this time, and opened the top of the bin slightly.

The world was now basking in a dark red glow as the sun could still be seen just past the horizon.

'I must have been out for a good...four, maybe five, hours...geez, good going Valentine.' The girl thought, sitting up fully opening the dumpster all the way. She shifted her weight up and rolled over the lip of the can. Falling to the ground, she only stumbled slightly, but caught hold of the side of the dumpster before she could lose her footing completely. She took note of how her body was holding up. The blood by her ears had long since crusted, and the only physical pain was a soreness that engulfed her entire being.

She looked around to take in her surroundings. When she finally realized that she was actually pretty close to the park she used as her 'secret base', she quickly walked towards her destination. She was extra careful not to run into anyone, because the smell coming from her clothes could probably singe nose hairs.

Once again, the teachers all congregated into their now silent conference room. The door opened suddenly, alerting everyone that Aizawa, All Might, and Principal Nedzu had now arrived. After each of them sat in their respective chairs, Nedzu immediately spoke.

"From what I have gathered from both Aizawa and All Might, so far only one individual was seen at the scene of the crime," Instantly, mumbled and whispers filled the large room, Nedzu cleared his throat and continued, "This person is small in stature, and covers all traces of their identity, other than their eyes. Aizawa has described the color as being a pale icy-blue hue. As for this person's quirk, they appear to possess two: a hypnosis type, and a telekinesis type. Seeing as there are no other clues to be presented, this meeting is now adjourned." He concludes clasping his hands in front of his tiny body. The teachers slowly start to trickle out of the room.

'My life must hate me.' The girl sighed, adjusting her work hat so that it sat better on her head. Tucking in a few lose strands of light blond behind her ear, the girl nodded to herself in the cracked mirror, and exited the bathroom. Walking out of her house, the cool morning air hit her skin and made instant goosebumps. She shivered slightly as she locked the door to her mother's place and walked down the stairs.

She looked up at the dark blue sky, taking a look at the stars that still remained.

'Of course I have an early morning shift today...Thanks life.' She gave one more sigh as she pulled her knitted sweater closer around her frame, and started her long trek to her part-time job.

'Why am I always out of eye drops? I should just buy a bunch all at once...' Aizawa scowled as he entered the small convenience store. Picking up a few bottles of his now 'official' brand, he shuffled his way lazily towards the counter and to lay the items down in front of the attendant. Rummaging in his pockets, he finds his wallet.

"That will be 1,100 yen. Would you like me to bag this for you, sir?" The attendant kindly offered. Aizawa grabbed at the bills in his wallet before handing 2,000 to the girl. He looked up to meet her eyes, and his eyes widened.

'Wha-What? No way...' He thought. The eyes he now looked into were the exact same hue as he had remembered seeing just yesterday. He didn't notice however, that she was handing back his change.

"Your change, sir." She offered, "Sir? Are you okay?" She asked, now looking slightly concerned. He blinked, shaking his head slightly.

'No, I must be mistaken. She can't be the thief. She works in a convenience store for god's sake.' He took his change and met her eyes once more before muttering a 'thanks' and turning towards the exit. He didn't go home, however, the thought that echoed in the back of his mind was too great. He walked across the street and sat inside the almost empty café. Crossing his arms, he closed his eyes to focus.

'But what if...? They do have the right build for the person I saw, and their eyes, albeit heavy with bags, were the right color.' He thought, trying to piece the puzzle together. 'But why would someone like that, someone with a job, have to steal? They looked no older than the students in my class. What kind of parent lets their kid get away with theft?'

'OH MY GOD MAYDAY MAYDAY REMAIN CALM DON'T PANIC' Her mind screamed at her as she realized who was standing in front of her. She focused all of her efforts on coming off inconspicuous. Hoping her hands weren't shaking as she held out the change to the man, she looked up and accidently made eye contact with the man. Or rather, she returned his stare. She gulped.

"Y-Your change, sir."

'Oh my god voice please work with me' She only then noticed how tired this man looked. 'He looks almost dead. Why are his eyes so red?' She thought. 'Maybe that is a downside to his cancellation quirk?'

"Sir?" She asked, "Are you okay?" She added, tilting her head slightly. She noticed him shake his head slightly, took the bag from her grasp and shuffled out of the store. Only when the man was out of her sight did she release the air she didn't even know she was holding.

'I think I just dodged a bullet.' She thought with a little smile. It wasn't until after her shift did she realize just how wrong she really was.

Ten hours, that's how long she had been working so far today, but now, she was free for the evening. Before leaving her part-time job, she grabbed a few drinks from the fridges, paid for them, and left after waving to the older man who took over her shift.

After only about fifteen minutes, she arrived at her mother's apartment complex. Once inside, she greeted her mother with a soft kiss, gave both children a tight hug, and began to make dinner. Halfway through the creation process, a fairly loud knock was heard on the front door. She stopped what she was doing and faced the direction of the door. Her mother responded first.

"Coming!" Her mother yelled cheerfully. The girl began to sweat. Her palms felt clammy as she laid down the knife she was using to cut some onions, and walked out into the hallway that lead to the entranceway. She arrived just in time to see who was standing in front of the door her mom had answered.

'Shit....I'm dead.' The girl deadpanned. There, taking up the entire doorway, was the man she had seen earlier this morning.
