It was Saturday, 6:00 AM. Hatsune Miku, the very famous digital pop-star, yawned and stretched as she sat upright on her bed. She sighed in happiness as she stared down at her vibrant teal pigtails and smiled. She was thankful for what her creator had made her, her friends, and especially her friend behind the TV screen. She doesn't know their name, what else they liked, or what they do when they are away from the screen. All she new was that they were kind to her and her friends, and their perseverance was strong. It didn't matter about the fact they kept retrying the same song, Miku and her friends was always happy to sing for them. After all they did to restore the Cloud Crystals, Miku would always be thankful for that day.
Miku knew that she had free time until 10:00 AM where her friend would come back and visit her. Miku's friend was on summer break, so her friend would come back frequently during this time. Miku peeked out of her room and saw that none of her friend's doors weren't open yet as they were still sleeping, so Miku decided she should get dressed in the module her friend had left her in the night before so her friend won't get scared or suspicious, and make breakfast for her friends. When Miku strolled into the kitchen, she decided to make pancakes with whipped cream and strawberries, as she needed something sweet to wake her up after the long night she stayed up for them. Miku was just putting the pancakes on her friend's plates when Rin and Len entered the kitchen. "It smells wonderful in here! What are you making for us today Miku-senpai?"
"Oh Rin, I told you so many times already! You don't need to use an honorific anymore. You've earned my trust and friendship." I told her as I added the whipped cream and sliced strawberries.
"Yeah yeah, honorifics blah blah. I'm still gonna do it no matter what." Rin said in an unsatisfied tone.
"Miku calls me Len though, and she allows us to put no honorific, so shouldn't that still give you a eternal pass for no honorific?" Len asked.
"Whatever... Banana hair!" Rin blew a raspberry at her brother as they both sat at the table.
"Hey! At least it looks good," Len smoothed back his hair. "Besides, everyone thinks it's pretty cool."
"All of your guy's hair was styled specially for you. Be grateful." Miku said as she placed their plates in front of them.
"Thanks Miku! Looks delicious!" Len smiled.
"Yeah, thanks Miku sen- I mean, Miku!" Rin blushed at her mistake.
Miku laughed. "I'm glad you caught that. Enjoy!"
Luka, Kaito, and Meiko joined us a few minutes later. We discussed our favorite modules, our dreams, and, our friend behind the TV screen.
"Wouldn't it be so nice if our friend was a Vocaloid like us?" Luka said, with a hopeful look in her eyes. "We could have concerts together, eat with them, go into the photo booth with them... Oh there would be so much to do with that kind person!"
"Yes that would be so cool! I could show them my collection of mini roadrollers in my bedroom!" Rin exclaimed with excitement as if what Luka said had just came true.
"Nobody wants to see that Rin. It's lame. Also, your roadrollers are always on my side of the room and I always step on them when I try to get a cup of water at night." Len said as he rolled his eyes.
"First of all, they are not on your side of the room. Second of all, why don't you just turn on the light switch? Third of all, MY ROADROLLER COLLECTION IS BETTER THAN YOUR STUPID BANANA COLLECTION!" Rin said with anger.
"Now now, let's not get into any fights this morning, especially because we don't want our friend to do the Quirky quest again." Meiko said, calming the twins down.
"Sometimes you guys just need to know when not to fight." Meiko, Luka, and Miku all nodded in agreement.
"Ugh, guess your right..." Rin reluctantly admitted.
"Yeah... Thanks Kaito." Len rested his head on his hand.
Then Miku checked the clock. So much time has passed, their friend was coming in any minute now.
"Ahh! everyone, our friend is going to open the data soon! Get into the preset game room!" Miku yelled in panic. Everyone gathered in the small room, but instead of the person behind the screen, the person was... In the room.
