I was engrossed in writing down my essay, when all of a sudden the bell for the break rang indicating me to fill up my empty stomach. Liam and Alex were always there waiting for me as usual while sipping on their lemon soda.
We sat on a table near by the window. I quickly made my way to the que and waited for my turn. Finally it was my turn to order . I greeted the old lady camilla !
"Hey cAmilla , how are you?"
"Hello young lady, am good and what about you?"
"Well as for now I am hungry!"
Camilla chuckled and said "what would you like to have?"
"Umm a hamburger and orange juice."
"All right ! Just a minute dear -- that would be 4.7$ "
I handed over her the amount and made my way towards liam and Alex.
"Hi " both of them said in unison.
"Hello to you too " I replied
" oh ! I see someone is in very cheerful mood today " stated Liam sarcastically.
"Ha ha " was all I could manage to say.
They duely noted my irritated state .
There was an absolute silence for about 5 min before Alex finally spoke breaking the silence. "Whats the problem Emm?"
" u know it very well right! That I want to be a writer, but I don't have enough money  & how am I supposed to reach the masses when i can't even afford to get my book published,I know i have my savings from the job but thats not enough! And do u remember the letter I posted to bookies publishing co. Asking them for giving me internship for 2 months, it was accepted and they wanted to meet me in personal too ! But my so called aunt jenny hid it from me and now it is given to someone else! Uhh ! I just hate my life"
"Relax emm ! I hav a suggestion for u " said liam
" what is it?" I managed to ask with all of the little bit enthusiasm left in me.
"Why dont u join wattpad!"
"What is it now?"
"Don't say me , you never heard about it , it's probably the worlds best novel writing and reading app and that to for free , u can join very easily , plus it's good to start from a platform like this , what say Alex and Emm?
Shall we give it a try? "
"Umm I m not sure , if I would ever be able to make a place for myself in between those highly successful writers and more over I don't even know if they readers over there would go through my books!"
"Cant you be positive, just for once" said liam munching on her last french fry!
"All right ! Let me get started then ."
"Yippee " both of them yelled at the top of their voices because of which now whole cafeteria was watching us eagerly with their curiosity filled eyes.
I passed them all a tight smile & instantly looked down towards the tray that still holds my delicious meal , so as not to embarass ourselves any further.
"Sorry" both of them said in unison.
I passed them a hard glare , even though i was not angry yet i did so , just to mess around and have fun after all a little bit of mischief is allowed in friendship isn't it?
5 minutes passed by and we all finished our food in silence, absolute silence.
I thought to myself that may be I exaggerated my prank a bit so i finally said "it's alright guys , i was just joking " n i begin to laugh
Both of them look at me And hit me hard on my head with their bags.
"Ouch" i faked pain and we all begin to laugh .
In the noise of  our laughs we didn't realised that the break is over .
We all hurried up to our classes .
I ran mustering up all the strength i could and as fast as my legs could take me towards the main block wing B fourth floor, that was the place where my next class that is of mass communication would take place. Its not as if i hate the subject or the class , infact i love it , what i am definitely afraid of is my teacher- - Mrs. Annies . I managed to enter the class and take my seat just before she entered.
We greeted her and I started to pen down the. Notes. Like i said I like the subject so the time passed by very quickly and the class got over, providing me with exactly 20 minutes before rhe next class on my time table i.e. Sociology!
Anyways I gathered my stuff and decided to go for my class a bit early . I entered the huge classroom with brownish walls and took my seat. I took out my phone to check the time it was 11:33 A.M. That means 12 more minutes before the class starts at 11:45A.M. So I decided to utilise the time by creating a place for my self on the app known as wattpad.
I logged onto the site and started filling my details- Username:: Emma_lovewriting

Little did i know that I am about to enter the world of my dreams that would help me discover n explore myself as the new and emerging novelist and would eventually lead me to the way to find my true love. The one decision that changed my life forever and made me what I am today!
