A practical day at the Praxis Agency as I say at my table and checked some files over. Xorn had come in while I sipped my mug."Hey, we got a new case..." He said as I looked up."What is it, Boss?" I asked. He walked over and put the file on the table."Seems like someone ore thing managed to kill someone..I'm not sure what it is but we need to figure it out." He said as I nodded and stood up. Grabbing my harness and jacket I followed him outside to our car and climbed in sliding the computer as I turn the ignition on and drive."Ok, where are we headed?" I asked."96 Alz Ln." He said. I nodded and drove us there, this old neighborhood. It was where I grew up...Geez it got a lot worse. Prostitution, Drugs, trafficking, you name it."This place's gone to shit..." I said."Yeah..." Xorn said as we drove down the street eventually reaching a crater where the address was."What happened here?" I say climbing out as I looked around rather confused. Walking towards it I see a rather horrifying sight. What seemed to be a man holding a tube with a burning Blue crystal inside it. I walked over and grabbed the tube eying it curiously."What did you find?!" Xorn asked."Nothing really, just some burning rock..." I say. Not exactly sure." Come on Ajax. Let's file this mess and head back..." Xorn said, I nodded as I walked over to him wearing a white button up shirt with the sleeves rolled up and slacks with boots. Walking over and checking the Humanoid like creature. It consisted of rather grey skin with scars littering the body and a series of dead blue lights on his body. I rolled him over after slipping gloves on."Seems like the cause of death was a fatal crash injury..." I say slightly confused."Lets head back Xorn." I say after finishing the examination as other agents walked over and collected the body one, who, heh we had a good relationship going walked over."We're done. Got it?" She said. I just sighed and nodded."Ajax, come on.." Xorn said as we climbed into the car and drove back to the agency building where I walked into my office and sat down setting my jacket on the side as I rubbed my eyes."God my luck at times..." I say exhausted I look at the tube and eye the crystal carefully."Huh...It didn't do that last time..." I say as I pick it up gently and look at the tube. I look for an opening hatch and eventually figure it out. Pulling it out and eying the crystal. It didn't even harm me as the fires felt rather cold compared to a normal fire."Weird..." I say setting the tube on the desk as I walk into the center of the office and felt a massive pain surge from my arms as one grew a similar set of crack that branched up my arm and to my neck quickly blacking out.
