An shadow was placed over Todoroki as he looked up wiping his eyes, sparkling (E/c) hues blinked at him as a small girl his age with unkempt (H/c) locks stood over him with a scarlet red umbrella.
"You're crying," Her words were blunt as the boy sniffled continuing to wipe his glassy eyes with his coat sleeve, "Are you hurt? Did you trip? That happens to me a lot, my mama says that my quirk is the cause of it but I don't believe her."
The two-colored haired boy shook his head, "No..." The 5 year old next to him crouched down so she was down with him, "Then what happened?" Her childish curiosity was fresh in those (E/c) hues.
"I don't wanna talk about it...you wouldn't understand..." His words were trembling as the girl next to him puffed her cheeks, "But you're sad! My papa says that I should help someone whose sad or under the...what was it...?" She trailed off as Todoroki pursed his lips clenching his hands into tiny fists.
"Under the weather!" Her laugh drowned out the pattering sound of rain off her umbrella, her hands rested on her knees as she blinked gazing at the boy next to her.
"Can you at least tell me what I can do...?" Stubbornness was clear in this (H/c) haired child as Todoroki shook his head again, "You can't..."
She huffed clenching her covered kneecaps, "Oh c'mon! I want to! Please?" The boy turned his gaze from the blank cement wall to the stubborn girl next to him.
"What's your name...?" He asked as the girl smiled extending out a tiny hand, "(Y/n), (Y/n) (L/n)!" Todoroki's eyes slightly widened.
Wait, (L/n) was the last name of a professional heroine named "Blizzard" with a snowstorm quirk, could it be that this girl be like him too...?
Hesitantly the boy extended out his own hand as (Y/n) smiled widely, warmly at the boy, "What's yours?"
"It's...Shouto...Todoroki, Shouto..."
