Trio And Shrushti

They got back to the Oberoi Mansion. Rudra was dancing away with a protein shake in his hand and earphones plugged into his ears. He didn't see the duo coming towards them and out went the protein shake out of the glass and onto her shirt.

Ganga : Wow.. There goes my shirt.. 

Omkara : Seriously Rudra !!!! 

Rudra : I. Am. So. Sorry. G... I really am..

Ganga : Hmm... Is that apple ?

Rudra : What ?

Ganga : Apple essence ?

Rudra : Heck yes.. How do you know ? I mean, you drink protein shake too.. Wow, I didn't know.

Ganga : Rudy. Its really not so difficult to identify the flavour. And apple can be easily identified. Now if you'll excuse me, I'll have to get changed.

She went off to the room that had been loaned to her by Omkara. Downstairs, Omkara was staring at Rudra.

Rudra : What..

Omkara : Why were you dancing like a maniac !!!

Rudra : O.. That's the latest song.. Shape Of You.. BTW, where were you.. And that too with G.. Date haan haan ???

Omkara : Shut up Rudra.. Where is Shivaay ?

Rudra : Probably with Ansh and Shivika. 

Omkara : I need to talk with you both.. Its urgent.. Meet me near the pool side.

Rudra : Ehh ok..

Few minutes later, the brothers were gathered at the poolside.

Shivaay : What is it Om ?? Is everything alrite ?? Are you alrite ?

Omkara : I am fine Shivaay. This is about Ganga

Shivaay : Is she alrite ? What happened to her ?

Omkara : Shivaay-Rudra. What I am about to say is something serious so I request you to listen to what I say and not to interrupt until I complete.

Shivaay and Rudra nodded. Omkara told them everything. From when he followed her to the graveyard till her flashback. By the time he completed, there was complete silence in the room. A silence such that you can hear a pin drop. Shivaay couldn't say a word and Rudra couldn't move anything.

Omkara : Guys.. This is what she's been through.

Shivaay : I don't know what to say Om. This is just too much to take in.

Omkara : I know. Imagine when she told me all this. She also showed me her husband's grave. Her eyes Shivaay. The gaze with which she told her story. It haunts me.

Rudra : Her hard exterior was her way to shut herself out from any kind of relationship, isn't it ?

Omkara : Yes.

Shivaay : Losing a kid... Having your kid taken away from you.. She's very strong. I can never imagine losing Ansh or Shivika. The thought itself is too horrible. How is Gan... I mean.. How is Shrushti handling it ??

Omkara : I don't know Shivaay. I really don't know. Its her husband's second death anniversary today.

Shivaay : What !!!

Rudra : I think we should go and talk to her. Give her some company.

Omkara : You're right.

Shivaay : I'll tell Anika about this. She'll probably know how to make her mood better.

Omkara : No Shivaay !!

Shivaay : Why not ??

Omkara : Shrushti had requested me not to tell anyone. I had exempted you from my word. Only you three know. Don't tell Anika until she herself does.

Shivaay : As you wish Om.

The trio went to the room in which Shrushti was in. She had changed into a pair of kurti and tight pants. She was sitting near the window looking out. Omkara cleared his throat. She turned back to look at them and gave them a small smile.

Shrusti : So I take it, Omie has told you all ?

Shivaay : How did you know that ?

Shrushti : Your faces say it all. You sad, she's-bechari expressions.

Shivaay : You're anything but that.. You are a very strong woman Shrushti.

Shrushti : What's the use ?? I lost my baby. Its no use. Am not getting her back

Rudra : Don't say that. You can't lose hope so soon.

Shivaay : He's right. We'll help you.

Shrushti : Listen guys. It sounds all great and fascinating. But right now, I just want to have some peace. Atleast for sometime. And please call me Ganga infront of others.

Omkara : Fine... You get some rest. Guys. Let's leave her alone for sometime. She needs rest.

The trio decided to leave when Rudra noticed something popping out from under her pillow. He pulled it out and looked at them.

Rudra : Wow !!! These are beautiful. Did you make these Shrushti ?

Shrushti : What are you ??

Her eyes widened when she noticed what Rudra was talking about. She quickly snatched the sheets from Rudra's hands.

Shrushti : They are nothing.

Rudra : No !!!! Those are some amazing designs you have there.. You are amazing.. You can start drawing again

Shrushti : I WON'T !! I DON'T WANT TO !!! I'VE TOLD ONCE. JUST LEAVE ME ALONE FOR SOMETIME.

Omkara : FINE !!! Let's go guys. Let her be alone. Its no use talking to her now.

He led his brothers out of the room.

Rudra : I shouldn't have done that.

Omkara : You were just appreciating the designs. You did nothing wrong.

Shivaay : That was not right time to tell anything. She had been under so much pain. The designs are her intimate memories of her husband. It would hav brought back so many memories,

For a second, Omkara didn't speak anything. How could he not think about that !!! He was so stupid. Ofcourse the designs would mean something to her. He would apologize to her later in the evening.
