chapter 2

And, for once I think mum is right.

No-one will ever love me.I drop down on the sand breaking down.

I think for a minute,and I have a sudden urge to swim.I slide out of my jeans and chuck them on my bag and I take my simple grey top off then I untie my green Converse and I throw them on my bag,luckily there is none on the beach except for a couple of scuba-divers preparing to dive.

Honestly,I can't care about anything right now,I run into the water.I dive head first into the cold water.The beautiful relief of water washing over me.I open my eyes and it stings but I still keep them open as I always do.

I see a plain sandy-coulored fish,I reach my hand out and he darts away qiukly into the blue,just like everyone else in my life.

I finally come up,breathing in the sweet air.I stay in the water for anthor 45 minutes or so before my skin goes all wrinkly.I really hate it when that happens.Then I just slide my clothes back on and walk the next 5 blocks home.I'm so pissed off at mum as soon as I'm 18 I'm moving out.I won't miss her at all.
