Hey.
It's been a couple days since my last letter.
Sorry for leaving unexpectedly but I'm glad I'm writing to you again.
Some excited stuff happened.
I know my last letter was pretty exciting too but this one is even more exciting.
On the last letter, you gave me hope.
I have even more hope now.
Here's why:
After my work shift ended, I went to visit you like I always do.
When I reached to hold you hand I held it for a few minutes while mumbling a few sentences to you.
I said something, I don't remember what I said but I knew it was something along the lines of
'I love you, I know you can do this. Stay strong and please wake up.'
After I said that, you squeezed my hand.
I told the nurse like I had last time.
I hoped she would believe me so I asked you to squeezed her hand when she held your hand as well.
You did.
Thank you.
You gripped her hand and now that nurse and I are filled with hope.
We're both almost positive that you'll wake up.
I can't wait for you to wake.
Until next time.
Love, Joshua.
