Third P.O.V

Tyler decided to skip breakfast this morning so he can get to the arena early, and practice with a sword for a little bit before piper gets there. But as Tyler's arriving he notices a familiar someone with brown choppy hair sitting on the ground crying. And only taking a minute of it, Tyler walks up to piper and tells her " hey, I heard about, um...that war and I just wanted to say I'm sorry for your loss and that I kind of know what your going through." Piper, now just realizing Tyler's there, looks up with tears coming down her cheeks and says "please go away and leave me alone." Tyler didn't know what to do but he knew for one thing that he wasn't going to leave her alone, because he could tell no matter what that was the last thing she needed right now. Tyler still not knowing what to say asks piper "How long has it been? I mean your boyfriend's passing." Piper gets up from her spot, looks Tyler in the eyes and tells him " Don't talk to me! " and with that last word she hit Tyler in the stomach and ran in the opposite direction of him. Tyler clutching his newly bruised stomach was trying to think, about what he said, and realizing why she got mad. It wasn't right of him to bring up her boyfriend, especially when she's obviously still upset. "You know that was pretty stupid, how you brought up her boyfriend." A girl with red hair, wearing Greek armor said. All Tyler could do was moan, and look up at the girl in Greek armor. Then Tyler opened his mouth and said " yea, I know, but I was just trying to help, she looked so sad." The girl chuckled a little bit, and asked Tyler "So what's your name, and godly parent?" Tyler looked dazed for a moment but answered " my names Tyler, and I'm new here so I don't really know who my godly parent is." The girl mouthed the word oh and and gave Tyler a strange look almost as if she knows him. Tyler, being half confused asked the girl in Greek armor "so...what's your name?" The girl grinned and said " beat me in a sword battle and I'll tell you, but that'll never happen." Tyler nodded his head, then said " yea. You maybe right but trust me I'll find out your name, either by you or some other way." Tyler picked up a random sword off the ground and readied his stance. The girl did the same as Tyler.

Tyler P.O.V

The girl wearing Greek armor, started by swinging her sword at me and it took everything I had not to get run through. When our swords touched they made a *clang clang* kind of sound, when the girl swung her sword at me once more, I side stepped and went on the offensive, I started hitting her sword,hacking,slicing until i pushed her in a corner. But when I tried to cut her leg, she hit my sword out of my hand and had hers pointed at my chest. She had a smile on her face almost as if she's already won, but she doesn't realize that I'm not done just yet, and that I'm very stubborn. The only thing I could do was get her sword out of her hand, but I have no idea how. Me being the idiot I am, grabbed her sword, edges and all so she couldn't stab me with it but JEEEZ! It hurt. She was stunned at what I had done and so I used her shock to my advantage and kicked her in the stomach, which sent her to the ground with no weapon. As she was on the ground I dropped the sword and looked at my bloody hands and realized, I did a very stupid thing, my hands each both have very deep cuts on them. I tore off some of my shirt and wrapped my hands up. Then when I got my hands wrapped I walked over to the girl and extended my hand to help her up. "Well, well newbie, looks like you've got some skill, or maybe your just stupid." The girl said while grabbing my hand to get up off the ground. "So are you finally going to tell me your name?" I asked, while slightly smiling. "Yea. Names Clarisse, and my godly parent is Aries, god of war." When Clarisse said that her father was the war god Aries, all I could do was stare at her in shock. "So...your dad is thee war god?" I asked still in shock. "Yes, moron and probably -" "hey Clarisse, ready for our date?!" A guy with moppy blonde hair yelled while walking towards clarisse. "I thought it wasn't for another couple hours Chris. Hey sorry newbie but I've got to go, see you around camp." Clarisse said as she was walking up to Chris. Dam I wonder what she was going to say. Huh, guess it wasn't important if she forgot to tell me before she left.
