As I turned on my computer, a red box was flashing in the middle of my screen.
“You’ve Got Mail”
As I quickly scanned my mouse over to the box I opened my emails. There was a letter addressed to me, Jemma Justice.
It read:
From: Jake
Subject: I mean no harm.
Hey Jemmy. It’s been too long. Last time we talked you slapped my face and ran away. I really miss you and hope that we can give it another chance.

I just sat on my wheelie computer chair and started cracking up laughing. That message was from my ex-boy friend, Jake. He wanted me back? Hah I just laughed at the thought. He doesn’t know what he is asking for. I just love how he added a winky face, NOT!
God he was full of himself. When we actually were dating all he did was ignore me. We never felt anything for each other and we knew that we both didn’t. We only dated so that we could think we had something. Jake was the school jock and I was nothing to him. I never wanted to see his worthless pathetic face ever again. Luckily I had moved on the coast, a small town called ‘Miles’.
I clicked the ‘Delete’ button and now it was gone. “No more Him” I sighed to myself as I sprang up from my chair and went back to bed. I start my new school tomorrow!
~**~
My alarm goes off and I just try to ignore it but I cant, so I tiredly get up from my queen sized, black bed and wander through the house until I find mum in her bathroom lacking on her make-up for the day. She was applying her blush as she saw me lazily lean againsnt the door with my arms crossed.
“Hey baby! Good-Morning!” she chirped at me.
“Yeah, whatever, morning to you too.”
“Be happy! You start your new school today.”
“I know what time do I go to the hell hole anyway?” I grumbled
“You start at eight!” she looked at me in a hippy kind of way
“Great. Imma walk today and ill b home at 5 ok? Imma go check out the skate today”
“Alright honey, be careful though..”
Yeah I thought to myself as I ran back into my room and chucked on whatever I could grab.
I ended up wearing my tight black skinny jeans and a black ‘Green Day’ Hoody.
I grabbed my board and ran out of our small apartment onto the street. I glided down past the beach and through the traffic lights. I loved it when all the pissy drivers honk their horns at me when I do that. As I saw my new school in the distance and sped up. I sped through the front gate and into the hall past all the cliques and strangers. All of the girls screamed and the guys just rooted for me. As I saw the administration building I jumped off my board and walked casually into the office.
That’s when I saw *Him*
